I've now been a patient for over six years and have consistently been impressed with the service, fair pricing, honest consultations and treatment plans. Dr. Brightside is gentle, kind, and highly experienced -- whether it's fillings or more extensive procedures. She is always there for my appointments, which I truly appreciate and find reassuring. Nancy has been my hygienist for quite some time and she is incredibly thorough, friendly, and always offers helpful suggestions for at-home care between appointments. I genuinely feel well cared for every visit and highly recommend Brightside Dentistry.

We moved from out of state and were in need of a knowledgeable, kind, and amazing office for our family of 4. Luckily we found that with Brightside Dentistry! From start to end, there's an emphasis on kindness and quality. Initially, I didn't have an appointment until December but they got me in last week from their cancellation list. Last week I met Nancy, the most rockstar of all dental hygienists in all the land. We got along like old friends and I could tell I could trust them. They even checked my head and neck for medical issues, which my former dental office never did. Dr. Brightside is fantastic as well! So happy I found this office! I've never been excited about the dentist, but here we are!

I've been a patient at Station Dental Castle Rock for two years, and I really wanted to give them a…read morefair chance. I'm writing this to help others make an informed decision, because I wish I had known what I was getting into. 1 Safety Issues During Routine Care During a standard cleaning, a hygienist accidentally disconnected a drill bit inside my mouth and it dropped near my throat. Their only instruction was "Do not swallow." I had to sit up slowly and hope nothing caused internal injury. You shouldn't have to fear for your life during a routine cleaning. 2 Extremely High Staff Turnover & Lack of Continuity In just two years I have had four different dentists. Each time I had to re-explain my treatment plan because there was no handoff or follow through. One dentist even told me he was frustrated with the management here, and he left shortly after. It does not feel like anyone is accountable for a long term patient relationship. 3 A Costly Mismanaged Aligner Treatment I was sold a $3,000 orthodontic aligner treatment that a later dentist questioned as unnecessary. I started on a monthly payment plan but was pressured to pay the entire remaining balance halfway through. Once a third dentist reviewed the case, he expressed confusion about the treatment choice and pointed out that the previous dentist may not have even placed the attachment buttons correctly. The practice then switched to a different aligner company because the first system was not working. At that point it became clear the entire treatment had been poorly planned from the beginning. The new aligners didn't fit, so the treatment stopped entirely. I've now been waiting over four months for a refund on services they did not complete. I've only received vague, dismissive updates like "We'll look into it." Meanwhile, they have no problem repeatedly contacting you if you owe even a few dollars due to insurance adjustments. Bottom Line If you value: Consistent care Clear communication Professional management Respect for your time and financial investment ...then I recommend considering other dental practices in the area. I genuinely hope Station Dental improves, but based on my experience, I would not trust them with further care.

Just like EVERY DENTIST you need to get all estimates up front. Most are run by corporate trying to extract every penny possible. Be alert and question everything! That being said I proceeded with a crown and fillings. Unlike another Castle Rock dentist who wanted to pull the decade molar, the suggested a root canal and crown. Perfect! They saved the tooth and everything was painless and exactly as promised. Be vigilant and come visit these guys! You won't be disappointed!! Thx for everything guys!!!!

I even kept coming back here for care when I moved out of state for college instead of finding a dentist closer to home. That's how much I trusted them. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them anymore. They're not transparent about pricing, their bedside manner has seriously declined, and the whole experience now just feels off. I went in for a routine cleaning and X-rays--which should have been covered by insurance--and somehow ended up with a $200 bill because they decided to do a different type of X-ray without telling me. No heads up, no consent, just a surprise charge. On top of that, the hygienists seem completely unconcerned with patient comfort. Going to the dentist is already anxiety-inducing for a lot of people, and basic compassion should be part of the job in any medical setting. That's not the vibe here anymore. It feels more like you're being rushed through and "sit still and get it over with," rather than anyone checking in to make sure you're okay. Another time, they told me I had eight cavities, needed a root canal, and had several other areas to "watch." I got a second opinion, and the other dentist looked at me like I was out of my mind. None of that work was necessary. That alone was enough to make me question continuing care with them. The final straw for me was my most recent visit. My permanent retainer had popped out, and this was the only place I could get into that weekend. I booked a cleaning and exam and agreed to have a new permanent retainer installed. They charged me $860 for basically a small piece of metal cemented to the back of my teeth. I walked out to my car and honestly just sat there in shock because I had just spent nearly $1,000 that I wasn't expecting. I called my orthodontist, the one who originally installed my retainer, and they told me even on the high end it should've been around $350, and closer to $170 on the low end. I went back inside and explained the situation. When they pushed back, I told them they could take it out then because I wasn't paying that and I would go somewhere else. I understand they're not an orthodontist office, but $860 felt ridiculous. They ended up refunding me half, which honestly just made it feel worse. If you're willing to accept around $400, why were you charging nearly $900 in the first place? To top it off, I decided to switch providers and requested copies of my X-rays. The records I already paid for. I called three days ago, dealt with a pretty rude front desk interaction, gave them my email, and still haven't received anything. So now I get to call again and chase down my own records. I didn't even want to write this review. I was ready to just move on. But between the lack of transparency, the pricing, the way patients are treated, and the constant hassle, it feels like people should know. Clocktower used to care about their patients. Now it feels like they just see dollar signs. There are much better dental offices in the area than this place anyway.
