This place is a hit or miss depending on who you get. Figured we'd give it another try ...a friend and I went first thing this morning (trying to beat a Saturday crowd). The Staff is friendly but sadly friendly doesn't make you leave wanting to ever come back. I got a regular Queen Mani and Pedi and my friend got a Queen Mani with NexGen and a Queen Pedi. I have no real complaints about my Pedicure ...however my friend had asked for gems on her toes and they forgot but due to how long her Mani Pedi was she just said forget it. I was not happy with the lady that did my Manicure. It seemed like she rushed doing my polish and upon leaving and getting a better look ...she didn't clean up around my nails and then tonight (same day as my Manicure) one of my nails has already chipped. My friend who got the NexGen Manicure didn't get what she had expected but again didn't want to wait any longer for it to be fixed. Her Manicure with Pedicure took an entire hour longer then mine did!!! We both finally left swearing we'd never be back. read more

I recently visited Castle Nail Spa as I was preparing for an event. I didn't have an appointment and was weary about trying a new place but my experience was actually fantastic. Eric handled everything efficiently. I walked away feeling renewed and my nails looked fantastic! I will definitely be coming back. read more

Never coming here again, the lady that did my manicure ended up scratching my arms pretty bad and when I confronted her about it she blamed it on the lotion. I spoke to the manager and all she told me was that "s*** happens" and all this other nonsense in such an aggressive way and wouldn't do anything to fix it. They didn't even give me the time of day to at least sanitize it. read more

I have been in several times. The sign in process uses paper which is different from other places I have been. Le will check you in - she is kind and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with my technician. My favorite manicure is from Trihn. She is efficient - fast but not rushed - and shapes my nails my favorite way which is somewhere between square and round. I appreciate the hand and arm massage that Trihn provides with her manicures because it is just long enough and provided with a nice touch.The quality products smell nice and my gel manicure usually lasts 2 weeks on the dot which I appreciate because I am rough on my hands. I usually miss the discounted price for the mani/pedi combo during the week which is a shame because when I caught it once it was the same great service at a nice price point. Awful place to go - very inexperienced staff . Stopped by yesterday at lunch time to get Gel color - french only - and the girl couldn't even paint he gel on correctly and the french looked terrible . I asked her to RE DO it and she did a worse re do and still charged me full price . I wont be back . read more

Horrible! Got my eyebrows waxed and she took off half of my eyebrow. When I got up to leave the waxing room she blocked the door and wouldn't let me out. She was trying to bargain with me to not tell her boss while blocking the door. As if that wasn't enough, when I got to the reception desk I asked for the boss. The receptionist said he was the boss. This was a lie because the boss greeted me when I entered the spa. They claimed my eyebrow would take 2 weeks to grow back but it ended up being a month. read more

I didn't have yelp until my experience was so horrible here that I downloaded it just for others to be aware. I called 3 hours before to make an appointment for two people, one regular manicure and one full set of acrylics. We get to the appointment time and walk in, they tell me my appointment is for dip powder nails. I do not like dip powder I know what to ask for so when I corrected him he says "Well you should have told me that over the phone because now you have to wait 30 minutes" at this point I don't care I'm already here so I wait. The person i'm with shouldn't have waited for her regular manicure but still waited 30 minutes after our appointment time for them to start on her. Not until an HOUR of waiting did someone approach me for my full set and I told them not to worry about anymore seeing to I will not be giving them my business. My friend with the regular manicure ended up with a pinched finger and two other bloody fingers. Safe to say neither of us will be returning. read more

I had the best experience ever yesterday getting my nails/toes done with my kids! I got the royal treatment my water was there for me before I had to ask, Eric greeted me with the kindest words, Kay, Tina, and Alex were amazing and quick! When I explained as I always do everywhere I go for nails is that I need to be done and out of there in a hour it happened! Everyone always says sure and it never happens.....I am very hard to please and expect awesome customer service everywhere I go so I highly recommend going to Castle Nails! They only do a good job if they are putting on a new set. Every time I've been they have charged me the full set price for just a fill why am I spending 45 on a fill??? I had them do a new set, had them filled ONCE and the next time I went in she was like Oh you need a new set?! Why? What?!? I usually let my new set stay on at least 4-5 months-sometimes longer. Really disappointed in the way they cut some WAY shorter than others. They also aren't up to date on nail trends. They don't know how to do colored powder unless they dip, they can't do chrome, they only know the early 2000 way of doing nails. It's a hot mess. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I came here for the first time yesterday and I experience a very stressful day at the spa. It started with showing the guy how to do my pedicure,I could tell he was nervous and caught it right away he wasn't experience. It's like he did not want to touch your feet. I get it there's people out there that don't like feet but if that's the case you're in the wrong profession. By far the worst experience and a waste of my time. I used to come here all the time from high school until now and even my family came here often as a first choice. After the experience I had my family and I will not come here any longer. When I got there I was greeted and asked for the services I was needing. I got my pedicure done immediately but the woman was hurting me and when I said ouch she kept going and was super rough. I then waited 45 mins after the pedicure to get my nexgen. I was not offered anything to drink until after my hands had been begun which was about an hour and 45 mins. As the woman was doing my nails she kept getting up and leaving and then coming back. After making me wait, she then took 20 longer to do my nails. She also messes up my toe putting my sandals on and did not fix it when she said she was. They had me pay full price for my toes although she messed them up and I had to go get them redone somewhere else. Also, after my nexgen she didn't put cuticle oil on my fingers nor did she get the excess powder off of my fingers. I left looking awful. She did not ask me what shape I wanted. They do what they please and don't care what you ask for. She was also rushing to hurry up on my nails when she made me wait and kept telling other customers she'd be with them in 5 minutes when she wasn't done with me. WORST SERVICE. They were rude and they didn't seem to care for me as a paying customer. Will not be returning and my friends and family will not either. read more

Went into Castle Nail Spa today and was pleasantly surprised. Eric at front was very friendly and nice. Got me and my Friend seated with something to drink and then got warm neck rolls. I had the Royal manicure and it was wonderful. Arm massage, neck and shoulder massage then with warm stones. The girl who did my mani was meticulous. My nail are fairly short so she shaped them and took care of the cuticles. They look great. Apparently there were some problems previously but you can tell they are rapidly changing things. This was my go to place for a long time. But the last three times I went it was just bad. Service, for some reason, has gone way down. There is no need to look at the "menu" descriptions because half of what they list in the description you don't get anyway. Last time I opted for a more pricey manicure because I needed some exfoliation. I didn't get the exfoliation and it was same as basic almost. She didn't even clean under nails. Not saying I had notable dirt, but you should still do a quick swipe. I don't want to leave with the lotion under my nails. I didn't get polish this time, so after she scratched my nails up with the rough tool, there was no buffing out. Why would I want to walk around looking like I just ran my nails through sandpaper? I don't get it. Time before last the young man was so inexperienced he had to ask another employee how to use the shiny side of the buffer.....I'm just done. I don't know how they went downhill so fast, but not worth it. read more

Overpriced and poor quality - used to be a long time costumer but do not plan on going back. I got a gel manicure and by the next day three nails had chipped off. Went back in to get them retouched but the SAME DAY another one chipped. Extremely disappointed since this is not the first time one of their gel manicures of mine has flaked off. Definitely not worth the whopping $35 they charge for uneven shaped nails and short lasting polish. Will have to start looking for a new local place. read more

Used to be pretty good place. Most recent experiences disappointing- gel nails - twice now a nail lifted within 1 day - first time they made it good and replaced. At $35 this shouldn't occur. My $20 set in Boston lasted a month and needed to be replaced due to nail growth. read more

We scheduled a holiday mani/pedi party for over 24 people at the salon. It was one of the most enjoyable events we have been to in a long time. Le's preparation and attention to details made the party a huge success. Kudos to Le and her staff for their hard work on our behalf. This nail salon is amazing! read more

Do not be fooled by the location or the fancy decor. Castle Nails should not be operating due to manicurists very poor practice and improper cleaning of items used for pedicures. They may have an autoclave but I never saw any supplies being removed or placed in it. What I did see is items used from client to client with no sanitizing in between clients. Anthony ( he did my pedicure) used a pumice stone and made a dime sized wound on my left foot. I should have left in the middle of the pedicure, but I didn't want to be rude. That was my mistake. Okay while some of the workers are good at their job, others are horrible. I got nexgen in April, and they literally indented my nails which still hasn't grown out. I came 1 month ago wanting to get my eyebrows waxed, in which I had to wait an entire 25 minutes for them to even come and get me. However, although I didn't want to come back, my sister likes this place and so I agreed to come again. However, today was my last straw here when I wanted a certain color gel and when I noticed the lady put the wrong color on, I stated I wanted a different one, but she ignored my statement and asked "well this one is pretty right??" I complained 4 times and she ignored me each time and finished up with the wrong gel color. Not only that, I asked for a certain manicure, and instead they gave me the most expensive one that had an awful smell in which I had to pay for.
