My room was spacious and spotless with clean fresh linens, soft bath towels and a overall inviting vibe that makes it very hard to get out of bed in the morning! The fitness center had pleanty of dumbells and a cable machine and treadmills so I was able to get a very complete workout before bed. The complimentary breakfast had tons of options to choose from including fresh omelets and scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, juice, water, milk you name it! The location is central Cumberland so there were pleanty of pubs and late night hangs within walking distance. Really great hotel, can't wait to come back!!

That's weird so my reservation says 6/2 on it and you'll check in everybody else and wait to deal with me and my problem that's clearly on your end? Never again will I book with Marriott. Had to drive another 20 minutes away to get a hotel. And that much further away form where I need to be tomorrow and the next day for work. If only there was a Hilton near by

With one minor exception everything in the room worked and check in was a breeze. The location is right off of 68 and it's quick and easy to anything in Cumberland. What didn't work: Contrary to a few other Yelpers, IME, if you're in a room facing 68 you can definitely pick up some traffic noise from the highway especially when the 18-wheeler of your choice engages their Jake Break. If that bothers you in the least, try to get on the other side of the building. The one thing in the room would be the bathroom door, aka the sliding barn door, which is beginning to rust at the rolling wheels and become difficult to open & close. You really needed to put your back into giving it a good shove in either direction. The breakfast also needed some love as the oatmeal had the consistency of a bisque and the sausage links looked like they were cooked on Mercury. No issues with things not being available, more like a few of the things that were available were not rendered correctly. Overall, this is good one with only a few minor things that wouldn't deter us from a making a return trip if ever in the area in the future.

We've stopped in this areas several times during our trips from MI to MD. This time around we tried…read morethe holiday Inn express. The room was near perfect. The bathroom sorely needs an exhaust fan. It was super humid after I took my shower. The refrigerator was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The door locked as it should, which helps me feel secure in the room. Breakfast was also impressive. Sausage gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, muffins, bacon, sausage, eggs, and more. Might even be the highlight of the hotel. The pool and workout room were rather disappointing. The pool was so cold thst we only stayed in for 10 minutes. There were also little black spots floating in it. Not enough to cause concern, but still strange. The workout room was large and had 3 different machines (treadmill, elliptical, and bike) along with freeweights, a bosu ball, and a foam roller. There is a main TV and smaller tvs on each machine. I couldn't get any of them to work so I stopped by the front desk. According to the worker, none of the smaller tvs work, only the main TV. When turned on it says "this device hasn't been registered" meaning none of the work. There are clearly some kinks they need to work out with the pool and exercise room. Once they do, this will be a 5 star place ro stay.

Me'h exterior, pretty much no grass on site. The whole town is a tangle of rear entrances and one way driveways that make it difficult to enter the grounds. Of key note, the entrance of the Penn Turnpike runs in front of the property, has no entrance to the hotel, and you must enter the toll highway and come back from the next exit, 30+ miles away. Lobby seems to be in the middle of reno with lots of construction supplied stored in the open. Breakfast was good, mattress and pillows just average, lost of hot water and AC. Price is high for the location, mixed amenities, and local traffic pattern.

The breakfast ends at 9:30 which is understandable. i got there at 9:25, at 9:32 my waffle timer went off. The breakfast employee came out moving lightning speed shutting things down, I had the cup in my hand she had switched off the juice machine I said can u flip it back on so I can get my child some juice. She said no. We were standing right beside it I had my kids cup in my hand. I asked the desk for a manager they said don't bother he wants it that way. (this isn't either lady's fault, I'm told the manager watches camera's and she gets yelled at if she does any differently). What a hideous representation of customer service. To take 2 seconds at 9:32 for me to get juice for my child. I understand breakfast ends at 930 but I got there before that and was cooking a waffle. It was so rude and cold and unnecessary. We have all worked for a bully cheap skate owner/manager like this before. For the sake of dignity please avoid this hotel. On top of that it smelled like a sewer in the lobby the whole time I was here. The place is old and dilapidated and dingy. Don't give buisness to an owner who treats customers this way. Better for them to go out of business and give your money to the motels that are gracious or at least respectful (and don't smell like poop!)

Easy to find when you're in the mountains. Has a pool just small. Continental breakfast. Con: The only thing that irked me was bloodstained towels. It happens rarely but I've noticed it more and more if you're really looking. They look orange/brown, spots. I spoke to the front desk and she said $15 refund is the only thing they can offer. I told her my whole body could be covered in transmittable disease, and I don't even know. I understand the towels get washed by 3rd party services but someone is at least folding them and putting it up for use. Please take care to remove these from customer use, inspect them first!! Change your cleaning company!!! Also the air con/vent is super loud, despite me putting it on auto where it goes on and off, it comes on super loud, very much aware of it all throughout the night.
