I mentioned that I was renting the unit to store things before a move. She thought to ask how big a truck I'd be using to retrieve what I stored. She realized that the unit I'd rented might be difficult to maneuver a truck in, so changed the unit. Good catch!!! She had to redo my booking, ensure I received the same discount, and also merged my 2nd unit into the same account as the unit I rented a year ago. She also thought to offer me a lock for the 2nd unit, and to make sure I understood that the initial discount rate I'd gotten would be raised after 4 months. She did all this cheerfully, expertly and quickly - done within a couple of hours of the inital booking. And when I sent a note with a follow-up question the next day, she answered my email with minutes. I couldn't be happier! I should add that I've also been very happy with the initial unit I rented. Access is SO easy: lots of room to pull up to curb, push carts for moving things are always available, and the units are clean and as-advertised.
