I had planned to recycle them but the driver said he wanted them. Had I known it would be an extra $272, I wouldn't have agreed. And to top it all off, they charged me an hour extra ($159). I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.

The guys and the owner were nice guys. The move was a disaster! They left the home I was moving…read morefrom in a disastrous state. They didn't bring a LOT of things they were supposed to move. The lowest estimate I've received to move the remainder of things was $1500. I already paid Always Faithful, for a 35 minute move, $5500, plus $600 in tips! I was there in the beginning and the guys were respectful. However, I had to leave to go to the new house to do the walk-thru and meet the cable guy, and also get the water turned on. My friend was up at the previous home, but she hurt her back, so she was in the car. I didn't know that she wasn't inside. They left my home with trash strewn everywhere! In each closet, there were things left behind. In my master closet, they left ONE electric house shoe and a brand new box that contained elbow supports. Not to mention FURNITURE that I specifically said needed to go. On my pool deck, they took the doors off of a pool storage cabinet and just left it there. It rained hard and all the expensive pool testing kits and chemicals were ruined! And of course, just like the house, there were their empty water, tea, gatorade bottles all over, as if they'd had a pool party. They used none of my boxes and of course charged me for theirs - which only about 50% of them were marked. Then when they got to the new house, they just left boxes anywhere! My bed is falling apart and I found two pieces that belong to the frame, standing in the corner. I had a small fridge that was just stuck in the middle of the floor with boxes everywhere. Of course, everything inside was ruined, by the time I uncovered it! There were a myriad of things broken. Every lampshade was torn or bent. Many lamps no longer work. I could go on for days. One of the worst things was I gave all six workers a hundred dollar tip. At that point, I had no idea how bad they left things. Then, I find out they left my previous home unlocked and no alarm set! I didn't go up there for three days because I was so busy. R u kidding me? Also, lied thru their teeth and said their boss (the owner, Steve) told them to leave the horrendous mess in the garage and that he would come clean it up the very next day. Had he done that, he would've seen the state they left the entire house. Instead, he's decided to ghost me. Always Faithful, my hiney! Buyer beware!

(Spring Hill FL) After using this company 4 times, for the FIRST time, on our 5th move with them, we came across two THIEVES. They stole at least 2 boxes of our food (yes, we are bulk shoppers); a blue bag with 8 chains and 8 bracelets; and a box FILLED with 15 regular extension cords; 7 surge protectors & 5 of the expensive clothlike 15 ft extension cords. We came to realize WHY they were driving so very SLOWLY behind us, to the point where my daughter had to be repeatedly stopping & pulling over to wait for them to catch up. Clearly, while one was driving, the other one was rummaging through our stuff. One did offer for us to check the truck, but what's interesting, is that on our prior 4 moves, we were never asked if we wanted to check the truck. So, of course, we declined. We now realize why he made SURE to offer. See, though we were NEVER asked if we wanted to check the truck on our prior moves, NOTHING was stolen on any of those moves. These two THIEVES knew they had our STOLEN things in that truck, and as one of the THIEF had moved us before from the Tampa location, he KNEW we would most likely decline, when asked to check the truck. We did report the food and jewelry to the company, and the offer was that we can come next time & SELECT the movers, so CLEARLY, those two THIEVES are STILL working with two men and a truck. It is approaching Thanksgiving, which is when we put out our lawn decorations, so we JUST realized that that box with ALL those extension cords are MISSING, GONE. Be VERY CAREFUL also, as these THIEVES move around in the franchises, so one THIEF may have moved you prior with an honest partner from one location, but end up working at another franchise and get to work with a THIEVING partner, as this is what occurred in our case. This was our FIRST time using the Spring Hill Franchise. What we've learnt from this horrible experience is, NEVER to be loyal to any ONE company.
