My favorite place to stash my toys! Outdoor (boat/rv) storage at this location is very convenient,…read moreand I feel much more comfortable storing here than other options I've looked at. Well-organized and well-maintained; updated access equipment at the gate makes it a breeze to get in & out with the mobile app. Pricing is the best I could find with gate and monitoring. I also like that it's off a smaller road. A challenge to spot when you first drive by, but less stress getting out of and back into traffic, especially when towing. They do have some flags at the road, which helps It stand out. Once you're back on CR-52, it's an easy drive to SR-52, then I-75 or US-98/US-301. It feels out-of-the-way, but it winds up being pretty quick to get to Tampa or Orlando, or lots of parks, forests, and preserves to the North.

I arrived and Darcel received me as if we were best friends all our life. I explained to her my situation and she jumped into action and managed to get me the storage space I needed. Cathy, the assistant was no different; just two great ladies. The cámaras on the property, the cleanliness, and the personnel are second to none. Nope going to be $108( Broken down is $20 administration fee, 1 months rent and a prorated amount for the remaining 4 days of the month) I kindly ask if I can pay the prorated amount and the admin fee and pay August's rent on the 1st. I proceed to explain that I am a disabled veteran and am on a fixed income to which she responds...."disabled veteran? Not my problem". Normally I would have lost it here, but I was desperate for a reasonably priced spot to park my kayak trailer. I did make a stink and inform her that I would include her comment on a review. She relented and agreed to what I proposed....but instead charged the full amount anyway. As I confronted her on that her husband comes in and tells me to stop talking to his wife that way, to which I responded, not my problem buddy. DO NOT RENT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING!

I am a senior living alone and my old 100 lb propane tank and stove were giving me real trouble…read more Multiple companies turned me away, saying they couldn't fill my tank or come out. Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond.
