My mom usually prefers to buy her fresh meat utilizing cash but, she was placing a big order and didn't want to take that much cash with her. When she placed the order, she tried paying with her credit card. There was no signage noting that it was cash only or they do not accept credit card. She told the guy that she would come back later another time. She came to the car and had asked if my brother any cash. We had enough money to cover her order. She took the money and went in to pay for her order. The man began to berate her and said, "I thought you didn't have money" and started yelling at her and being rude and nasty. Another patron had said that he was the owner of the establishment. As a small business owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for yelling at your customers. If you do not have the proper signs to announce that you are only accepting cash then it's your job to tell patrons. When so many companies are struggling you need to stop acting like you are doing people a favor when they are paying you money. Also, the people working here do not wear masks when they are talking with people and preparing the livestock.
