My neighborhood supermarket is offering that for $7.99 a pound! Well, many people do their regular shopping here. It does appear to be set up for bulk purchases. There are health and beauty products by the registers and that's why I usually go because they have incredible prices on moisturizers and deodorants. Not only that, they import the international versions of domestic items like Dove for Men deodorant. You can tell because the labels are all in French!
