For the past couple of years, I had been wanting to make updates to our home but couldn't find anyone I could trust, and I honestly thought it was a lost cause until I found Ibro. He reached out, was very friendly on the phone, came to the house, understood my vision, talked me through the expected timeline, and provided a detailed and fair quote for the project. We also wanted to stay within a budget, and I really appreciated how transparent and thoughtful he was in helping us manage expectations and make decisions that kept the project on track financially without sacrificing quality. He was clearly someone with a lot of integrity who follows through on his promises. Which is probably why the original owners attempted to convert it to gas. We wanted wood, not gas, and we wanted to get the 26% federal income tax credit. So we visited A Fireplace Store and More and spoke to the woman working there. She set up a date for Rony to come out and give us an estimate. Rony showed up on time and we settled on a modern high efficiency biomass fireplace insert that qualifies for the credit. Parts and labor was not cheap, but we wanted a quality appliance and this business has decades of experience, which we also wanted. We put down a deposit and set the installation day, which was today. Rony and his team showed up on time, worked quickly, did good quality work and cleaned up afterwards. Rony explained how to use the new fireplace and was all done in a matter of 3-4 hours. Very happy with our purchase and service and we can't wait until we can use it this winter.
