Bright and modern space, with two sections: informal bar area, and dining room with white tablecloths. On a Saturday night, both the bar and dining rooms were packed. The bar especially gets crowded, with a convivial atmosphere and everyone seeming to have a good time.
I made reservations and sat in the dining room, where there are bigger plates on offer. While there are some meat options, the menu is predominantly seafood. I had the salad with asparagus, green beans and eggs, as well as the baby octopus. Both were absolutely delicious, and all ingredients seemed fresh. The cooking style is more simple -- not much adulteration, and allows the ingredients to stand more on their own. Besides excellent food, prices are also quite reasonable for Madrid, given the quantity and quality of food.
