    The "fixed" hair

    Pros: pretty salon, nice location, kind staff, tries to fix mistakes Cons: gaslights, expensive, doesn't give correct color/services, veryyyy long service I went yesterday just to touch up my brown hair since it was grown out. I showed pictures of my hair to the stylist and explained I had been getting my hair glossed every other month to that color. She convinced me I should dye it instead and get it toned. I trusted her since she was the stylist and she dyed my hair black when I had shown a picture of warm brown. :( Then when she began to dry my hair I was obviously shocked and was like this is alot darker than the color we had discussed... and she explained "no your hair is still drying" (gaslight 1x). Then when it was very obvious my hair was then dried, she then said "it's bad lighting, it's the correct color in other lighting" (gaslight 2x), then when it was obvious no matter what lighting the color was very wrong she decided to blame ME, she then said "your hair takes up dye a lot easier than most people's so your hair is a little odd" (gaslight 3x). Which also this is incorrect because she dyed my clip in extensions the same color lol. After gaslighting me 3x she continues on the appointment acting like it's ending soon instead of trying to fix my hair. I then tell her I'm going to the restroom so that I can go talk to the front without making a scene. When I showed the front my inspiration picture, the woman looked SHOCKED. She was like "oh maybe let's go outside and take pictures in natural light it'll be better" Then when she took pictures outside it was still black. And she acknowledged that it was black. So then the front desk woman went to the stylist explaining she needed to try and fix this (how come the stylist needed me to escalate the situation to even fix it). The front desk woman also told me she got me and that I was covered. In my head I was like okay maybe they'll fix it and at least it's comped now since she said I'm covered. They try SO hard to fix it, dye remover, clarifying shampoo, my 1.5hr appointment is now turning into a painful 5 hour appointment. I had to cancel everything else that day just to let the stylist ATTEMPT to fix my hair that she ruined. Then at the end of the 5 hours, my hair then reassembled brown again, not the color I had asked for at all, but I was happy it wasn't black anymore. I could also tell they were not going to be able to lift the color anymore and that this was as close as it'd get. The front desk woman then came over and was like "oh good!! Your hair isn't black anymore!! It's actually brown!" Girl.... Then she leads me to the front, and the same woman who told me I was covered asked how I would like to pay for the $150 appointment, I guess they decided to revoke me being covered since my hair reassembled brown. I've been getting my hair dyed darker brown for over a year now and other salons have never had an issue nor charged this much. Please be cautious when using this salon so you don't have to experience what I did.     Elda did a FABULOUS job with my cut and color. That was genuinely the first time I have ever walked out of a salon 100% happy. When I first sat down I told Elda my general goals, concerns, and showed her some inspo photos. Then (in a very kind way) she explained why she didn't think my inspo photos would bring me toward my goals, gave me some alternative options, and told me why the other options would also suit my face shape and skin tone better. She patiently fielded my questions and walked me through what that final result would look like. And... she was absolutely right, it looks AMAZING - What an angel. if you're a girl that's open to feedback, or isn't quite sure what would look best on you, then I would HIGHLY recommend Elda. Thank you Elda!!

    Holly does amazing work!!! She listens and asks a lot of questions to make sure that she and I have the same same hair vision. She's a true artist with color, takes her time and does the most fine and beautiful babylights I've ever had. I highly recommend her for both color and meticulous haircuts! The salon itself is beautiful, classy and relaxing. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

    Where do I begin... First, I scheduled my CO2 laser appt in December 2025 and couldn't get in until…read moreMarch 2026. I was scheduled for a Tuesday and they called me the Friday morning before leaving me a message telling me the machine needed to be serviced and needed to move my appt to Thursday. I called back that Friday twice and left 2 messages. I called Monday left a message and called again. I didnt get a call back from girl until Monday late morning. Mind you, my appt is scheduled for Tues 7 am and there is alot of prep with antiobiotics and pills leading up to my appt. For a simpler procedure, sure no problem, but with CO2 laser there is SIGNIFICANT downtime and preparation with pills, so a HUGE inconvenience. I had strategically scheduled time off work, and had my fiance schedule time off work as well, because I needed a driver for day of surgery and post op day. So I lost 2 days of income because of this. I asked for some sort of compensation for the major inconvenience and she was pretty dismissive about it and said no, sorry, not our fault, the machined needed something fixed. To not give some sort of compensation for this is insane. To back up for a moment, when I went in for my initial consultation, I never saw Dr. Laris, I saw an assistant and I told her my concerns were laxity and I'm interested in lasers, do lasers help with this. She told me to do the CO2 laser so that is what I scheduled. When I came in on procedure day, she makes the comment to me, "Oh why are you doing the CO2 laser you have no sun spots, are you doing it for preventative reasons?" I was appalled. In that moment I was filled with self doubt and frustration that I just paid $4500 for a laser that wasn't going to address my needs. I don't have sunspots or terrible skin, that wasn't my concerns. I felt absolutely duped. By the way its 3 months post off and my under eyes are still so red and I don't see any difference in my pores, no tightening, so far disappointed. But maybe I'll see some results in the next few months... I also have to comment that calling them and leaving their surgical center messages was a nightmare. The spa answers and transfers you. The spa cannot schedule surgical center procedures. I left over 12 messages and received 2 call back messages. But no one continued to follow up with me even though I left numerous messages. I was so frustrated, I told spa side front desk girl, I will stay on the phone, can you go over to the other side and grab someone, because this is ridiculous. When I got someone on the phone, her response, oh it looks like we called you back 2 times. I said ya and I left you messages after these which means you have to call back to continue to followup!! That is how this works! Why do I have to leave 10 messages after, and still get no call back! Front desk girl had to track you people down. So annoyed and disappointed by their lack of understanding and zero ownership of their frailties. Overall, I was so unsatisfied with the whole experience. Their staff and business model needs training and updating. I will not go back there.

My visit was 5-stars my doctor was kind, thorough, and I trusted her. I paid my copay, was seen quickly, and had a biopsy taken while there. Awesome. My results came back and were delivered to me. Yay. Just about 2 months later, I'm getting bills via email and text from pinnacle dermatology, for the amount of my copay. No description of what it's for or even my name. No account or billing number. I thought it was sketchy so I called the main number. Transferred to billing, and the lady told me that the bill was correct. Um, what's it for? Finally got out of her that it was a separate co-pay for the lab. Ok, am I getting a real bill? She said it's being mailed but they send out the texts and emails first. I tell her ok, I'll pay it if it's legitimate once I receive the real bill, but fyi it's pretty backwards to send electronic bills with no name or info before the bill is mailed. Comes across like a scam. She says "okay..." - then a long silence. Um, ok? So I didn't know what to say. She asks if there's anything else she can help me with. I'm thinking, clearly there is not. I laugh and say "no I guess there isn't" and she hangs up. Rude customer service turned a great experience into a total lack of trust.

They will send you text, postal mail, emails until that bill is paid in full and simple do not care about the patients suffering. Entire visit was a complete waste of time and got nothing out of it. God knows who owns them but they are definitely hiding behind the staff who gives u all kinds of excuses and stories.

In the past, they paired you with one stylist for hair and a separate makeup artist, but this time it seemed like the same person handled both services. It was our first experience with this setup. While everyone was happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, there were some conversations about preferring specialists for each service, as many stylists tend to have a stronger focus on either hair or makeup. That said, everything still turned out beautifully, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming as always. Overall, another positive experience for our group!
