I was really excited to try the soft serve at Cassetta because it's lactose free, but I was a little disappointed. The soft serve is very sweet and doesn't have a very distinguishable flavor. Pairing the mango jam with it also didn't really help, since the mango jam kind of tasted like an artificial syrup. The strawberries did help though. Service was very good, but parking was also hard to find, even later in the evening/at night. Maybe come try it and get the cute aesthetic pics, but not sure if I'd be a regular here.
Tried their cheese bread and butter bread. Very cheesy and buttery. Takes 15 mins to make. Ice cream was delish. Street Parking. Promo with Pool Bar until May 8th
The location is right where there is plenty of street parking - super convenient! It's small inside with probably only enough tables and chairs to let 10 guests sit. But the soft serve was delicious and light!
Food: I got a soft serve ice cream, I did not want to eat it as it was too pretty to eat. The ice cream was very soft and creamy. Cassetta is a hidden gem, I did not know about this place until I went to a pop up. I love the aesthetic of the place, perfect to take some cute pictures. The staff is very friendly.
I love going to cassetta when they have new launches because they are all the time giving you little surprises, the ice cream is very creamy and good, the place is very aesthetic if you are looking some nice spot for cute pics, the girls there are very gentle and the prices are good for the ice cream quality. It's a nice spot for a Sunday dessert after lunch with family
What a wonderful shop! This is our second time stopping in and it's just as good as the first time! The lady that owns it and runs it is simply amazing she is constantly changing things making it a new experience each time. The ice cream is simply Devine and she creates an atmosphere that is fun and exciting!
Food is as pretty as the place! There's a maze room nearby and some tables and cool Instagram props outside. The woman working there is so smiley even at 10pm at night and super helpful in explaining to us what the different flavors are. Would def go back here again. The ice cream is really creamy - I like the taro over the rose, but they're both unique flavors.
I don't understand the hype of this place. The quality of the ice cream was mediocre and very highly priced. We understand the artistic aspect of it is when drives the people to come here, but if the quality does not match the hype or the price, then I don't see the point other than people just doing it for social media. The inside felt a little cramped and I hated the seating. The one thing though is that the staff is very friendly and was very smiley. But overall, just not worth my money.
Was craving a late night sweet treat before a long drive and came across Cassetta! Upon looking at their reviews and pictures, the way they presented their items definitely brought me in. I got the Cassetta Taronie, Salty Sweet Dough Latte w/ Cornflakes, and Cloud Nine. All were super delicious. I was exceptionally amazed at how smooth and light the ice cream was! The drinks were also made quick and tasted really good! I'm pretty sure their promotion is over by now but over Christmas season, they had a promotion of getting a free ornament if you spend over $10 or buy a drink which convinced us to get even more than planned! Such a cute little spot to hangout in and grab a quick sweet treat!
First and foremost, this place is very aesthetically pleasing. You walk in and automatically see such a clean and polished shop. We decided to order the Rosie Rose (I got a lotus cookie with mine). Yes, this dessert spot is a bit more expensive but it's because of the presentation and non dairy soft serve they provide. If you want a little treat you can post in your Instagram this is the perfect spot. All desserts are beautiful and carefully made. I do see myself coming back.
Cute ambience + fast service! We ordered the cassetta original which is basically milk ice cream with powder. A little on the pricier side, but the aesthetics are nice! :)
Cassetta has a very pink and stylish atmosphere. Inside, they also sell clothing and other small products, which makes the space feel more like a boutique dessert shop. The ice cream was creamy, light, and not too heavy, and it tasted pretty good. One of my daughters really liked it, while the other one wasn't a big fan. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they were always smiling, which made the experience even better. Still a cute place to stop by if you're nearby.
This drink place is so cute! The drink has cute flowers in it and there are heart shaped straws. The drink is a bit on the sweeter side, but it's really good! I'll for sure be back.

Saw a lot of glowing reviews talking about creamy ice cream, but I wasn't blown away. The cookies were pretty good, but the ice cream was meh, in my opinion. It was kind of icy and definitely tasted dairy free to me. There was a line but it moved fairly quickly and they do have a good system with pagers to alert you when your order is ready. Non-dairy soft serve tasted more icy and frozen yogurt like. It isn't creamy like regular ice cream. My husband ordered the peace jam soft serve and I ordered the cereal soft serve along with a salted caramel latte. Cute hipster place! Service was great also read more

Super cute and aesthetic dessert store in Beverly Hills! All their soft serve is non dairy so it's not as rich and creamy as regular soft serve. It's very light and smooth, the texture kind of tastes like frozen yogurt. There are many flavors and adds on to choose from. The biscotti soft serve was very good too. Also ordered a valentines special drink called valentiny. It's a strawberry drink with strawberry jelly and cream on top. It's on the lighter side, not as sweet as I thought it would be. Plenty of street parking and some seating inside. Also pet friendly! read more

You need to almost be a bad person to give this place less than 5 stars. The drinks here are basically art. Everything here is so creative, delicious and welcoming. You might expect such a high end place to have snobby staff. You would be mistaken. They are not only are the the people beautiful, they are so patient thoughtful and welcoming. I come here with my kids and it's just such a vibe. I ordered a taro cappuccinos and lemonade. read more

Super cute minimalist and white interior with an accent cassette wall! Inside, there are about 4 small tables and some bar seating available. The latte is fairly decent and this cafe is nice for catching up with a friend. Service was quick to give us our drinks. There is street parking available. read more

I tried Cassetta for the first time today and it was so good!! I had the Cocoa Soft Serve & added KitKats as my toppings they make house made chocolate sauce and it was amazing!! Definitely recommend if you're looking to try new and high quality ice cream or boba read more

One of my new favorite places to grab coffee at! I stumbled upon this spot after scrolling through yelp and finding this on my fyp on tiktok and had to give it a try. Parking can be a little difficult to find (only street) but, not impossible. The interior gives off a very clean aesthetic with many seating options. I came here with a friend when the cafe was nearly empty and had time to fully look through the menu. I wasn't rushed by the staff to order at all! I originally wanted to order the weekly special Carmela (vanilla milk + caramel + corn flakes) then the staff recommended me add a shot of espresso (made from Kona coffee beans). My friend and I watched the brewing process and were instantly convinced to get the add-on after given the chance to smell the freshly brewed espresso. The drink was nice and sweet with a good balance from the coffee. I came back to this coffee shop within the same week with my other friends during a busier time and the kind staff remembered me! They are super attentive and offered my friends and I extra seating outside while we enjoyed our coffee and gave us a sampler of their new toast menu they planned on releasing. Will definitely come back to try their new items as I'm always looking for unique takes on coffee. read more

Never heard of this place but seems they're new! I got a thai tea and it was really great, I like that you can choose the sweetness level. I'll have to try their pastries and other teas soon! Love the white clean interiors and that they have places to sit indoors and outside. I saw a review mention they have a cat and bunny... will definitely be asking about that when I return! Cute spot that has a very white clean aesthetic. It's a smaller coffee shop with a few tables for working (no outlets) and a nice bathroom. The drinks were pretty good and the baristas were very friendly, asking if I wanted to adjust sweetness after tasting my drink. They also have soft serve and boba here. Street parking can be difficult. read more

This place is such a good vibe all around! I love the atmosphere which is very trendy. The establishment is so clean as well and I can tell the staff uses proper sanitary standards. The service is excellent and on it with their pace. It does get busy there and there is sometimes a line but I can tell they are hustling to provide the best service possible. The soft serve is to die for! Omg, talk about a new next level in the fine dining soft serve dessert experience! It is lactose free and I highly reccomend the Cassetta option, which means they custom make it to be an Instagram masterpiece! This time, I got my own creation of taro soft serve with marshmallows and fruit loops as can be seen in the picture. The hot and cold drinks are all Instagram ready and sooooo good! They must use the best ingredients to make it taste this fine! Best of all is the pricing! It is quite unbelievably affordable for anywhere, let alone Beverly Hills. read more

My friend found this place through Yelp and we decided to give it a try. I ordered the jasmine milk tea 25% sugar light ice and it was perfect combo. The jasmine scent is strong and not overly sweet. My friend ordered the classic milk tea no sugar with boba and it was perfect as well. The boba is very chewy and I must say it tasted better than a lot of the authentic boba shops in SGV area. I love the decorative flower detail in their drink/ice cream. The flowers are edible too. They also offer soft serve ice cream and donuts/cookies/croissants. The owner is super friendly and has a famous rabbit you can pet. I will definitely come back again when I'm in the area and try their fruit teas/pastries. read more
