A year later, and he remembered me & my wife and was happy to continue with our project. We had an old, out of shape deck that needed replacing. It was warped due to a bad foundation, and had loose railings. Ethan helped us design a simple, improved deck. Carlos & the crew came in and were able to quickly and cleanly demo the old deck, get new foundations in, and build an amazing deck for us. Thank you again!

While all bids were within the realm of consideration, Danny Deck offered the perfect combination of price, competence, and performance. The estimate process was quick and easy. The way the deck was proposed to be fixed was similar to others and Danny Deck's bid was competetively priced. The best part was the communication with the project manager, which was always prompt and confidence boosting. The team doing the work were friendly, polite, and efficient. The first project was a new fence and motorized gate about 5 years ago (it looks just as amazing now as it did the day they completed it)- from start to finish, the TH team was very knowledeable, gave us many options, were always prompt in both showing up when they said they would, and returning inquiries and other phone calls. Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. Tal was very transpararent from the beginning and made us aware of the pros and cons for every material and promptly finished the whole project within two weeks. He went above and beyond-communicated every step of the way. We trust them with any home project and would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

I decided to have my deck refinished by Patios4All and I couldn't be happier with the results! Naturally the deck is old and some places are not 100% but it beats spending $10k to re build the whole deck. The team was professional, they showed me a few stain options, they performed some light sanding to the surface and applied 2 coats. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I will probably stretch it for a few more years and have it replaced for a trex deck so no maintenance, but I do know who I would call when the time comes.
