DO plan on wearing a face mask during the process. Dust does fly a little and some lands around the sites worked on. (This will surely happen with *any* HVAC vent cleaning.) They do vacuum floors well afterwards and I didn't expect them to dust all of my nearby furniture too; I did that. Tip re any vent cleaning by any company: I decided to handwash all of the vent covers removed. They told me that they would vacuum each one. I did not expect anyone to stand at my sink and handwash the "junk" that could not vacuumed off. Overall, Everclean did a great job for a very reasonable price given the amount of time and effort put in. Definitely be sure to contact this company for an in-person quote (which some companies do not provide).

They apparently neglected to replace the oil filter and we had to call in an emergency repair service when our boiler stopped working, which also cost hundreds of dollars. The repair person today said they probably didn't replace the filter because it was so clogged it was difficult to remove and they didn't want to bother. The technician who arrived was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Since the visit, my furnace has been running quietly with no more strange noises. Best of all, the maintenance service was under $200, which felt very reasonable given the quick response and quality of service. SERVICE took longer than usual, probably due to their lack of experience.... As they were only halfway through their apprenticeship.. And result was that we were overcharged....
