I've got excuses out the wazoo, but frankly, I'm just lazy. My bathrooms are disgusting. My kitchen are disgusting. I can barely keep up with the dishes much less think about the cobwebs in the upper corners of my living room or dust on the fan blades. Seriously.... we're pigs. That's how it WAS.... but then I found Gr8 Maids!!! Seriously... they were awesome. Within minutes my house was already smelling better. Within 2 hours it was shiny and brand new again. It was AMAZING. They showed up on time and got right to work. The hardest part about this whole thing was ME giving in and realizing that I sucked at cleaning and needed help. That part took far to long. As soon as I made the call to Gr8 Maids the process was easy and worth every cent. I won't lie.... I hid in my office the whole time they were there because it was embarrassing.... but coming out of my office was like walking into a whole new house. I may actually start inviting people over again... THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I have been looking for a house cleaning service that actually does what they say they will do…read more I've read all the great reviews from other house cleaning businesses and tried a few out but was left disappointed at the end results. I contacted Exclusive and spoke with Maritza and she came by the house so I can explain exactly what I want done and for her to give me a quote. Her and her crew came by this past Saturday, on time and did an excellent job. Everything I pointed out that I wanted done was completed, house smelled clean and guests that arrived that evening thought it was a new house. Maritza and her crew were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. I have hired them to come once a month to clean my house. I 100% recommend this business.

All the rest said "Sorry, we only do whole-house cleaning". Maritza responded quickly and scheduled someone to come out the next morning, and didn't even ask why anyone would be stupid enough to accidentally melt plastic in an oven. Although all communication was via the Yelp app, so maybe she rolled her eyes in front of her computer while responding (I wouldn't blame her). As for the actual services rendered, the oven was as clean as the day it was installed. Thanks guys!

The wifey met the three maids, a dude and two dudettes, and didn't get the friendly hello, but they did start on the job at hand. It's always difficult to have strangers in the house, so a friendly hello and perhaps introduction to who they were would of gone a long way. Especially since this was a first time out, it would of been nice if they would of taken a tour of the house and ask what area's needed specific attention, etc. You know, kinda of a "Hey thanks for giving us an opportunity, how can we impress you with our service" thing. Get to know ya before you get mounted...so to speak. The result of the cleaning was ok. And what I mean by that is it wasn't better than what we had been experiencing with our regular crew. The house had been cleaned every two weeks, so it was far from a huge mess, especially since Suzi always needs to clean up a little before the maids arrive. Something which I will never understand. We don't have any animals which includes kids, so it should of been a fairly straight forward job. Our house is approx 1800 Sq Ft for reference purposes. What was curious was the price. On our current arrangement we pay $80 every other week for two folks to come out, no contract, no fuss. With Austin All Maids, it's done by the hour and with three folks the cleaning came to $125. So for $45 more, we got pretty much the same result. We weren't provided an estimate, which would of been nice, but had the result been significantly different, it may have justified the cost. We don't feel like we were taken for a ride or anything, but the cost didn't justify the means. Perhaps if they would of first sent out an individual to do a review of the house and then quote us a price, we could of saved them the time and us $45, since I doubt we would of hired them knowing that going in.
