This casino is still popular amongst the players, but it was less busy compared to Fallsview Casino. It has good slot machines and gaming boards. The staff are very nice and friendly. It's always nice when they ask ladies if they're over 19! Lol The restaurant downstairs offers good quality food and service. read more

We were visiting Niagara and staying next to the casino and go to Las Vegas several times a year so we decided to visit this casino. We have never been to Canada before so it was a good adventure. It was clean plenty of machines. Drinks are not complimentary like Vegas but the free fountain drinks and coffee were great. We played the slot and did very good and would recommend the casino read more

I was there recently and played a 50 cent machine. Located in top floor not too far from the escalors this machine promised 7500 up to in winnings ( 3,750 Can.). I played and played about 1400 hundreds hands of this slot machine. I never won more than 15 bucks in a single hand. Avoid this machine. It is is second from left in a row of 4 slot machines Avoid this machine. You will not even get, say, a winning 200 dollar from it! read more

I've only been here 2ce & didn't care for it either time. For me, it's way to busy . Too many people come to this one. I'm sure most ppl love it here, but overcrowded places bother me. Plus, they don't have my slot machine I love. I prefer downtown Buffalo's casino. Less people, Easier to navigate They got rid of my machine but I still prefer it there. read more

This review as for the poker room. Overall, the service is very nice. I don't like that I have to go upstairs in order to cash out my chips but other than that great environment, fun players and great service. They don't rake here so when I was playing they change dealers every 30 min and take 7 dollars from every player. read more

Never, never park your car at the casino unless you know they are not going to change the rate overnight. Parked my car last night for the price tag of $15 and left today 11am paying $50!!! $50 for parking at the casino!The advice from the attendant was that i had to check the rate at 5 am when its changing .how about it lol. What a rip off!!! Be careful! The Niagara is already a biggest disappointment for the tourist from around the world according to the revies and with a help of the casino is going to downfall even more rapidly unfortunately read more

Extremely rude security. My family and I visited Niagara for a 2 day trip, and on our last night June 8th we decided to end the night at the casino. I understand every casino has its own rules about whether children are allowed into the facility or not, and we were not going to make a fuss if they simply said no. When my family and I walked in to ask if children are allowed, instead of answering our question the security guard started to make sarcastic remarks trying to make us feel like we are stupid and was being very rude to my father because he thought it was funny. When he could've simply answered "no". I'm sure this also had something to do with the fact he's Asian and not very good in English. I'd give this place a better review if it wasn't for that one security guard. Hire better and nicer people. read more

Walked across the border to add to my casino chip body count and this casino is 50ft from the door that allows you physically into Canada after crossing the Rainbow Bridge - all 6 Canadian provinces! What is convenient about this location is, it has a food court with 4 chains in it, as well as a Hard Rock Cafe as soon as you walk in. It has a Subway, KFC, Pizza Hut and a Taco Bell- which had I known? I wouldn't have sat down in the Hard Rock in US for a screaming nightmare. The casino is a little different with different floors for different games - but I moseyed on upward nonetheless. As an American, I went to the cashier and exchanged for Canadian so I could use it at the table. Glad I did this rather than go straight in and slap my USD down asking for chips. The roulette wheels seem the same and apart from rumors that they spin the wheels the opposite way, etc- I didn't detect it. Floors were clean and what made matters even better - I could not miss with my number cluster. Left +$250 USD. Place is nice and the security and pit bosses helped me navigate how to get to the other casino and tips for navigating Canada. Would return eh. read more

We went into the casino from the back and and were on the floor with the bar and restaurant and lots of seating which was pretty empty. There didn't seem to be many slot machines and I didn't see any tables but they had a poker room. We found the bathroom and it was big and clean. There were escalators going upstairs and that's where I found the action. There were lots of machines and tables and it was pretty busy. We walked through and I saw some machines that I wasn't familiar with. We walked out the front doors and there were a few coach buses there so I'm sure the bus tours come here. read more

I have never seen such a dead casino. 6 pm on a Saturday night, very few people in the building. About a third of the machines were shut off, most of the tables weren't running. I felt kind of bad for them. read more

Has to be the tightest slots i have ever played. Wasnt expecting Vegas, but a little win once in a while would have been nice. Just played in one of the New York state Indian casinos and they were looser than this one. Oh, and quiet as others have said. All the slots I played either had no sound or turned down very low. In A Nutshell: -Casino Niagara is a decent casino. -It has the most camera's per slot machine, seriously I never seen so many camera's in a casino. -Anyway, this casino has a few card games (no baccarat etc...) but they are the card games that favor the house, so just play for fun. -Lot's of retirees at this casino so you get the vibe. We got $25 daily vouchers from our hotel (4 total) and made about $80 off of them! Our secret was to play the 5 cent machines (cheaper than penny machines per spin) and cashout everytime we won anything lol. You can get cash for winnings but not the initial voucher money. The casino is very clean and no smoking allowed inside. There's a drink cart with free coffee, water, juice and soda. Alcoholic beverages are extra. There's a buffet inside the casino and a fairly priced food court out in the mall area of the complex. Some hotels provide a free shuttle to the casino (four points Sheraton). read more

Very friendly staff and complementary drinks as well. I came around 2am mainly for the poker room and there were surprisingly a lot of games going. Mainly 1/3 though. It is pretty average in comparison to other casinos but they still have all your casino games like blackjack, casino war, roulette etc. read more

Their website boasts of a poker room with spectacular views of the falls. The poker room has ZERO views of the falls, or of anything else. It was freezing cold to boot. And, they take a sizable rake. Two stars instead of one because the dealers and staff were great. read more

This agIng casino is due for a make over and it appears they are making an attempt at it since there is competition in the area. I've been here a number of times and most times it's ended favorably but it's gambling so let the chips roll where they may. I prefer the tables but there are a nice selection of slots and it's a great way to past the time. I will say the management staff can be a little bit challenging especially when you hit a big one I guess they don't like to give away the houses money. I've been on both sides of the giving and receiving and it can be just as painful on both sides except when you win you're always happier walking out with their money. My lucky here has been pretty good, lifetime I'm definitely up so I always budget some time and money when in the area. My fondest and most profitable memory was hitting a straight flush on the "Let it Ride" table it paid $6,000 CAD and I pocketed it all - the sad part is it took them 45 minutes to pay me and the pit bosses constantly reminded me if there were any cards missing in the deck my winning hand would be void. I didn't really like to be reminded of this and I assured them I would have issue if a mistake was found being I have no control over the cards or dealers - security promptly reassured me everything was on the up and up - well they ended up paying me 12 Beautiful Purple Chip and I promptly stood up and said my good-byes after tipping the dealer to the dismay of the pit boss. The casino offered to give me some comps if I decided I wanted to stay longer but that wasn't going to happen - maybe next time suckers... read more

My husband and I signed up for our player's card. We learned it was Ladies night which meant that ladies get a chance to win some cash/prizes. We didn't really care that much about that but I did get a flower in the process. Fresh flowers are always nice. My husband and I ordered a drink and it was little on the pricier side but also understandable since in a casino. Not sure if the drinks are free or not here. I did see a few staff members walking around with a drink cart but apparently, they didn't want to come to us within the hour that we stayed here. We did slots while we were here and it was fun. I had come close to winning the jackpot from one of the machines I was on. It was a smidge away from that which was very annoying. Who wouldn't like 1200 Canadian dollars? Overall it reminded me of an older casino that I use to check out in West Virginia that was about an hour outside DC. read more

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went to play a few hands of blackjack. They only had two tables which were both full. Tables start at $15 and $25 minimum bets and only paid out 6/5 odds on blackjack. This is a complete ripoff and I'm not stupid enough to give this casino my money like that when I can play live dealer blackjack on my phone from anywhere with $1 min bets and 3/2 odds on blackjack. There is absolutely no reason to pay you snakes my money and especially considering the rude cold attitude you get from all the staff at this casino. Glad i didn't spend a single cent of my money on the rigged niagara casinos the last two times I've been here. That article that came out about niagara falls being the #7 biggest tourist trap in the world was understated, this garbage city has to be the biggest scam in the world. read more

We actually stopped by this casino to park near the falls. All of the employees we interacted with were really nice and helpful. It was really easy to park and we walked right out onto the strip by the Hard Rock Cafe. We didn't actually play any games but the casino didn't seem too crowded like some of the other ones I have been to. read more

First time in a casino that I was pick pocketed twice in the same day. Security reviewed cameras and told me that I spent the money that it wasn't stolen from me, when I know exactly how much I spent and what was stolen from me right on the casino floor. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the experience here. At first glance this casino is very small and options appear to be more limited that Fallsview. This can be a little frustrating if you have a favorite game or slot machine that isn't available. Casino Niagara is the older, less frequented casino in Niagara Falls. This is the more casual, and easy going of the two. I'm not really a gambler, but I can say that this casino seemed to be paying out a lot more than Fallsview and there was not a wait to play on a machine. They also have a pretty cool roulette slot in the middle of the casino. From now on, we will likely be going to Casino Niagara which is a lot calmer and has a self serve soda station. Added Bonus: we walked away with more than we actually spent which is always great!! read more

1 star for the free parking, because I had gambled at Fallsview Casino earlier. This casino is pretty outdated, and the machines are pretty old. No one passes by with drinks, but there is a small cart where you can take your own drinks or make your own coffee/tea. Very few table games. I thought Fallsview casino was bad, but this is worse. Having spent 10 days in Vegas, and being so close to foxwoods, mohegan, and atlantic city... this is by far, the crappiest casino I have been to. The only nice thing there, was a bunch of tv's in the middle of the casino, by the escalators, and a UFC fight was on. That is all. read more

I actually like Casino Niagara more than Fallsview Casino for some odd reason. It might be the dark dinginess of the place coupled with a poker room and a sports room with many, many, many TVs. The buffet here isn't as nice as the new casinos which isn't to great to start but I do like dining at Lucky. The bar food you can order from the sports room is typical bar/pub fare. I don't mind the chicken wings but they've been pretty small the last 2 times I've been. There are always machines open and lots of tables. The dealers are pretty nice and as always with casinos if you have a problem, please walk away! Beware of the crazies at the slots. I've heard people get cranky when you get near their slots but I haven't witnessed it first hand. GOOD LUCK! read more

Why is it that whenever I go to a different country, a casino is always whispering my name? Casino Niagara is similar to some of the casinos in America except there is no FREE liquor and let's face it, who wants to gamble sober?! The blackjack/roulette/craps table are all pretty standard. Sometimes you'll find it to be a $10/$15 dollar minimum depending on what game you play. I did have to wait a little while for the Texas hold 'em poker pit in the wee hours of a Saturday morning, which was a bit annoying. The staff and security here are very helpful and they easily figured out that I wasn't from Canada once the word "restroom" fly out of my mouth. But in terms of navigating directions and providing courteous customer service, that was what they were all about. Maybe free liquor would be readily available if I crossed the border and went to the casino in the US? Hmmmmmm. Guess.... I'll find out next time. Casino Niagara is no Atlantic City but I was still able to have a good time and walk away with a little extra. read more

The Good: A great selection of slots. Clean and upscale; $10 blackjack; several restaurants from pizza to Hard Rock! Fair exchange rate (19% U.S. When I was there). The Bad: They charge for drinks at the tables ($9 for Jack and coke). Tips: If you are coming from the U.S., you can park on the U.S. side by the Rainbow Bridge for $8 and walk to Canada across the bridge. Its a very easy walk and you avoid the long lines of cars both ways, as well as the tolls and the parking fees and hatless in Canada. If you do drive, you can avoid the long return lines by going through the duty free store first because it exits further onto the bridge and avoids the line!!! read more

didn't gamble as I don't win money at casino's but was able to visit here and see if they had anything interesting to see while beating the heat outside, this casino like a lot of others has a really good buffet, a really good sports bar, and a good café on the inside. within really good proximity of some local attractions as well. employees were really nice, and eager to help here, even though we were just browsing around to escape the heat, staff were very quick to ask us if we were lost, or if we needed directions. read more

The dealers at the tables were pleasant but we had a terrible experience with the bartenders. Drinks are NOT free even if you are gambling. So we went to the bar for drinks. They had happy hour specials on draught beer and wine and $7 martinis all night. We were ordering the happy hour specials from the same bartenders during the promotional period, however, when we walked up with two minutes to go, a shit storm ensued. We ordered the promotional drinks with time to spare, but instead of ringing it in before time was up, the bartender made the martini instead. So when it came time to ring up the promotional draught beer, the promotion was over. When we called her out on it, she tried to make an excuse that didn't work and we ended up walking away without the drinks. Worst experience ever. Normally Canadians are friendly and nice, but this black haired b*tch was nasty. We will never be back and I wish I could rate them zero stars for customer service bc they are awful. read more

It was fun but not as good as the falls view casino down a few blocks. Couple of nice machines and good drinks. Weirdly Quiet. There is a smoke pit where you smoke nothing else. No machines in the smoke pit. like the falls view one. Friendly staff. I love Canadians you guys are so much nicer than my fellow Americans. Thank you for the good time. The Poutine was actually really good here a little $$ but worth it. Honesty super good for casino food. read more

Pretty average casino. We stopped in because a friend of ours told us to visit the casino during our trip. We're not big gamblers but we tried our hands at the slots. Only won $40. Haha! But this review isn't about my sucky skill of gambling. Parking here was ridiculous. We parked a little further away for a lot cheaper. Also, I didn't like that it smelled so smoky. Open 24 hours which is nice. Clean, big casino, very friendly staff. Most of the staff were helpful with the exception of the actual information staff, whom you'd think would have been most informative, but we had fun. We spent an hour there and lost $100 between what we spent and what we won. Expect to spend $50 per hour per person there minimal, if you take your time. Alive at night as well however; after midnight is still calmest. read more

The physical structure is very well designed. The hallways and rooms are magnificent. Heavy doors, cash safe in the room, adequate closet space, tastefully decorated with a Native American theme that pays homage to the elements of nature. The building materials used are such that you don't hear noise from adjacent rooms. There is plenty of parking and an inexpensive valet service if you don't care to look for your own space. The front desk staff are well trained and helpful and efficient. Their WiFi is fast with sufficient bandwidth that I was able to get some work done, sending and receiving large files without a problem. The rooms are nicely climate controlled, the shower is spacious with immediate hot water and the pressure is very good. The bed is comfortable, with good quality linens and blankets and firm mattresses. The housekeeping staff are thorough. The elevators move efficiently. They have tight security throughout the premises. All of the above is what they do right. I tried for two days to book a foot massage at the spa. No one answers that extension, so I'm not even sure if their spa has anyone assigned to answer the phones. The front desk - which also doesn't answer their phones so I had to physically go to the lobby - told me to just keep trying which I did without success. One of the reasons we booked at this hotel was because the website talks about their massages. Disappointing. There was no working electrical outlet next to the bed. The outlet that was part of the working lamp was dead. I had to pull my mattress away from the wall to find a working wall socket. There are electrical outlets over by the desk. The restaurants associated with this hotel are just fine. Three Sisters in the lobby has a very nice Buffet breakfast with excellent sausage. Everything else on that buffet is more than adequate. The wait staff do their best to keep your coffee cups filled and to bring you your check and even if things take a little longer than one would expect, we have no complaints about Three Sisters. The Western Door is a wonderful restaurant and we come here frequently and independently of the casino or the hotel for fine meals and properly mixed drinks. There are many little things that this beautiful hotel could do and should do to earn a fourth or fifth star, but perhaps their occupancy rate satisfies their balance sheet so they have no motivation to bring it to the next level.

A couple of staff were walking around, spraying and wiping down machines as players left them, and the floor also looked perfectly clean. Sounds good, right? WeIl, the place just... REEKED. We're not talking stale tobacco; it was more like someone had recently filled a trash can with the world's most acrid butts - cellophane included - and set them on fire. Poor ventilation doesn't even begin to explain it, because on the whole floor there were maybe 5 people actually smoking, and most of them were clustered in one corner. I'm a light smoker myself, but after an hour I was just about ready to cough my guts out. As for the slots: IMHO your odds of emptying a box of mice onto the floor and watching them die of seizures before they can scurry to safety are probably better than winning. High-volatility machines overpriced for their crappy payouts. Did far better playing the same games at Hamburg, and that is saying something. Two stars for the staff and their spray bottles, but you're spitting on the fires of hell. Don't want to think about what it's like on a busy night with bingo.

Monte Carlo is located just east of Dundas and Dixie, but is not visible from the main roads, which made it hard to find. It's located in a fairly old strip mall that I usually drive by without giving a second glance. The bar itself is an older looking establishment, but very well kept. There are many pool tables and a handful of snooker tables that take up the large space, which consists of one long main room, and two smaller rooms. The staff were accommodating when I informed them that I had a Groupon. They even gave us a reminder when we had 5 minutes left in our promotional 2 hour limit, which was very nice of them. The drinks here are decently priced, with a beer costing about $3.50. The appetizers are decently priced as well, but don't expect anything special. I ordered the jalepeno poppers and they were clearly just heated from a frozen state, with some being colder than others. While the food was just alright, the actual pool tables were quite good! The tables are well kept, and ours didn't have any rips or bumps that would've impacted our game. There was ample space between tables, so at no point did we ever feel cramped for space. The cues are also decent and plentiful. I'd definitely recommend this place to others for those who want a pure pool experience. For a night out, I'd still recommend Wacky Wings because the food and entertainment is incomparable.

Soon as we dropped luggage in the room, we went to the casino. The Casino was clean. The lobby was decorated for the Christmas season. There are three restaurants but we didn't dine at either of them. We didn't have any issues while there, nor did we have interact much with the staff. I definitely would recommend people to stay at this hotel. Who said you have to go to the Canadian side for a good time, great view and fun.

My review will be the casino itself and The Arena, the concert hall at this casino. Last Saturday, Jann Arden played The Arena. It would be my first time visiting this casino and concert venue. I had dinner roughly five minutes away from the casino. I thought that arriving here 45 minutes early would be enough time. Everything did work out with ten minutes left before the show's start time. I recommend coming here an hour early. Parking was a challenge. First, you are fighting your way onto the casino premises by merging two lanes into one. The design isn't necessarily the culprit. It simply can't keep up with volume when there's at least one event here. I tried to find parking outdoors. Nothing. I don't think there were signs to get you to the sheltered parking lot that has five floors. I simply went with my instincts and found it. There are speed bumps along the way. The maximum speed is 30 km/h. I recommend slowing down even more to 20 km/h because the speed bumps are effective. Finding parking was crazy. Everyone was on the first floor. I did a full cycle, which felt like a waste of time. I finally figured out how to get to the second floor. Once I was there, there were plenty of parking spots. I was happy. I recommend backing into a spot, making leaving a lot easier. There are stairs and elevators to get you down to the casino level. There were many. The latter were beautiful and fast. One weird detail is that the major parking lot does not connect to the casino. You are outdoors walking between the two structures. It reminded me of being in grades 7 and 8, dashing from the main building to a portable for French class. I hope that they will consider a tunnel or something to keep patrons protected from the elements. There were vendors when I walked in. They were selling African items. They disappeared after the concert was over, so I am guessing that parking and attendance at this casino was busier than usual. It's pretty easy moving around this resort. I found The Arena immediately. It was next to coat check. The lineup was efficient and straightforward, with friendly staff guiding you. You do go through a purse check. I had a small purse, so I opened it and security was good with it. I then had my ticket scanned off my phone. You basically need to go to the door number that's on your ticket. I could go through door 1 or door 2. I chose the former. I saw doors 1 and 3 on the same side. I used the women's washroom twice. It was nicely designed. The stalls offer plenty of room to bring in a walker in the regular stalls. The washroom was clean and nicely lit. After the show, there was a bit of a wait to use it. The lineup moved swiftly thanks to the number of stalls. At door 1, I had the nicest usher let me know where my seat was. The seat numbers are between seats. They are difficult to see when folks are seated. I asked two different folks what their seat numbers were and finally found my spot. The Arena is an awesome venue. There was plenty of legroom. If someone needs to walk by, you don't need to get up. Yay! I was five rows away from the stage. I was almost dead centre. The view was great. The sound was fabulous. It's a huge venue. I had an excellent time. To make a long story short, I had visited the Shorelines Casino in Belleville before the pandemic and had a rewards card. Shorelines rolled out a new rewards program within the last year and assigned me a member number. I didn't know what to do with it (can't log on online and didn't receive a replacement card), so I headed to guest services. I got Lorraine. I loved her subtle purple hair. She was amazing. She asked for my ID (I provided my passport) and she found me in the system. She got me a new rewards card with a bungee cord. She looked into my account and said that I have $10 to spend at any food or drink vendor. Nice! I also have a discount to stay at the Pickering or Peterborough casino locations. Doubly nice! Lorraine was awesome! I had a great experience. I quickly checked out the casino. The floor was buzzing with activity! I used to work in the gaming industry. I oddly don't play games much at casinos, but do like the slot machines. You get free drinks while you play, which is a nice touch. I then headed to The District, which is your food court. Starbucks was open and looked nice. There was also an Asian stand, Sun Express, that's open 24 hours every day. It's perfect for those staying at the hotel, and patrons who want bubble tea and decent food offerings, such as beef noodle soup. As expected, it did take some time to exit the parking lot from the second floor and head home. There was a police officer guiding traffic. Traffic needs help, but I don't know what more can be done there. It's all volume. I love this casino and concert venue. Staff were friendly. I'll be back! (211)

I don't gamble so I can't comment on the casino I would absolutely come back here.

Would definitely go again and recommend checking the event out. The casino was also doing a cash give away every half hour of 500.00 cash, of you were playing the slots!

The only thing alive was the bingo room which had quite a bit of people, who left the room right after the bingo game was over. They offer a limited menu, I tried but I'm not a fan at all. If your going to eat here, I'd stick to the chips and chocolate bars. Even then, the selection is mediocre.
