pls know that I never leave bad ratings, but buyers need to be aware of how dishonest the owner and staff of this boutique are. if I could rate Casini 0-stars, I would. after years of shopping with Casini, I've had the absolute worst customer service/experience I've ever had with a shop. they've been untruthful (lied about past orders (a dress arrived to my home in Austin (from Florence) stained and they are now blaming me for it (happened YEARS ago)), manipulative (was promised something with a store credit that they couldn't deliver and they are now saying that I'm being 'difficult'), I've been ignored (they've had 1,000Euro credit due to me for the past year (since July 2015) and choose to not respond/ignore my emails) and treated me absolutely horribly. I'd avoid Casini at all costs. been an extremely upsetting and stressful situation dealing with Jennifer, Olga and other staff members. absolute shame they don't know how to treat customers. read more
