Normally when I get the cheese from the deli, the person behind the counter will separate the layers so the cheese doesn't stick and come out in pieces. The woman back there this time didn't and by the time she had put it on the scale, it was too late to ask for them to be separated. She was friendly but I wasn't too happy about the cheese being all together. Shelves were stocked ok. This is the 3rd visit I've done were my Vanilla Waffle Cone Community Coffee wasn't there. Albertsons is just about the only place that carries this particular one. There was a sign for it but there was a caramel one that didn't have a price tag and I really.hope that one isn't replacing the one I like. A couple of the freezer areas had lights out on them and didn't want to open and shut doors just to see what was in them and let all the cold air out. Also the Fresh Pet I normally get was out. I normally get a 4 pound bag and just like my coffee, they have been out the last few times I've come in to get but boy did they have a bunch of the smaller bags. Those cost more to equal that weight and there sure was a tone of them. The big reason for my 1 star review is because of the bathrooms. I always try to avoid the bathrooms at this place because they tend to be gross. This time I couldn't wait to get home and had to use them. The door had Mark's of something all over the base. Base boards were gross and there waa toilet paper scattered around. All the stuff I mention is just from someone choosing to be lazy and not clean properly. Makes me wonder what the storage area looks like. I would like to keep coming to this one for convince, but I believe I will start going to the one in White Settlemnt because I know that one is always clean. Also the people watching the self checkout area were standing in the way. They were standing where you normally wait for a lane to open. Wearing a jacket, I couldn't see the Albertsons shift so I waited because I thought they were a customer. I had to ask if they were waiting because a lane opened but they didn't say you could go to that one. Just kinda looked over at me and said I work here. Hmmmmm. That's not the way you treat a customer. I understand they need to watch everyone, not from where they were standing. I was not thrilled with my visit and like I said, I thinknid tlrather drive a few more miles down the road to a different location.

I appreciate that about this location. The 2 stars is for the very high everyday prices, and for the fact that items with great deals/discounts on the app seem to never be at this store when the Albertsons app offers a good discount for that item. When I see a great deal on my app, I come to the store immediately and that item is always mysteriously "out of stock." It has happened to me 85% of the time, so I know ai'm not imagining it. Because prices are so high here, I only shop the store when I see a good deal in the app. It's frustrating, but I keep trying since I do snag some great deals about 15% of the time. These days, we all need good deals.

Popshelf offers most essential items, friendly and helpful staff members and a variety of home decor at reasonable prices! Popshelf had a few shoppers out on a Thursday afternoon. It's not a big store so, you have to be mindful of that. However, Pop shelf has cute mini Purple shopping carts that glide across the floor. Loved it! The Cashier's are helpful. They try to help you find what your looking for. They also recognize repeat customers and seem to be friendly with them. I got a free gift for signing up with them. It came in a cute dark purple box with a bunch of white shredded paper. It had a Real Silicone pot holders and some kitchen tools. It does not have any of the nicer brands of things that you would find in a Kroger or at Central Market. But just like with all commissaries, it is cheap and tax-free so whatever.
