The ambience is inviting and festive with its traditional colorful passport cut decorations known as paper picado. It's definitely a little homey and reminded me of my family who are in another state. The interior is spacious with a lot of tables and chairs. They also sell meat, other products and some produce that's located on the right-hand side after entering. I ended up ordering Quesabirria tacos place which included rice and beans. Their Quesabirria tacos with their birria consommé was amazing. The meat was flavorful, tender, with consommé with both their green and red-hot sauces were just chef's kiss. The meat didn't have fat, since a lot of places do serve it with all the fatty parts, so it was awesome that these Quesabirria tacos didn't have the meat fat in them. By far some of the best Quesabirria tacos with their bomb hot sauces. I complimented the lady who made them since I walked over to the area where you order and behind the counter is where they cook the food. The lady who made them said, thank you, it was me who made them and she said she was happy to hear I was happy with them. Honestly, these Quesabirria tacos were cooked with umami, especially with the hot sauces. I'm craving them now that I'm writing this up. Hehe he You all have to check them out and if you love Quesabirria tacos you most definitely have to stop by. I also ordered an Aguas fresca and opted for their cantaloupe Aguas fresca. It was okay, but I wasn't a fan, it didn't taste like it was made from cantaloupe, it tasted more like prepackaged powder to me, so that was the only let-down. My friend and her kiddo enjoyed their food. Overall, a great experience, from superb customer service to deliciously awesome food. I'll be back for sure. We waited another 10 minutes before someone else walked in, they too took a table, got their own drinks out of a cooler, chose a bread from the panadería, then she came to take their order. By then we were done with our bread, still no drinks. As she walked away I asked her if she could take our order. Ordered breakfast, my son ordered his food and a can coke. She brought him a large glass bottle Mexican coke. A family of 8 walked in & took a seat. She tended to them, they got bread, tamales, and drinks before I got my coffee now 35 minutes into our visit. 48 min from our arrival we got our food. I got one more taco than I ordered, and they forgot my sons food. They fixed the issue fairly quickly and we ate in silence. Halfway into his second taco my son said: "The service is bad but the food is good!". I agree 100%. Would have given one star if the food had not saved them. Saved by the cook! When the table of 8 got their food, the owner had to come out to talk to them because their food order was messed up severely. The menu items are listed on the side of the truck but without prices. I ordered a torta with carne asada (~$8) and everything on it along with three tacos: barbacoa, tripa, and pastor. The total amount paid coming to $14 and some change. Salsas were included in the bag with lots of napkins which was nice. At first glance the food looks pretty good. Sadly things went downhill after that. I tried the barbacoa taco first, the meat itself wasn't savory or soft and I could taste a lot of skin/fat rather than the soft pull apart meat that you associate with barbacoa. The tripa was next and I was so sad. The intestine was chewy and it tasted like old frying oil, I honestly couldn't even finish it. The pastor taco was okay, the meat looking nice and red but the flavor was also lacking. The carne asada torta was massive but... The bread wasn't toasted and once again the meat was so bland. I couldn't taste any spices or char on the meat which was sad. The toppings included some lettuce, avocado slices, onion slices, whole beans, tomato, and mayo. Even with lime and salsa added I couldn't taste any flavors that stood out, or rather any flavors at all. They're still new so hopefully they refine the taste of their meats and add some more flavor.

We had suadero tacos and a pan bazo de al pastor and they were both delicious. My husband thought the suadero meat was good but hoped for more, however, i didn't try.
