Came here to get some groceries. I always go to the deli first so I can get some Primo White American Cheese. Normally when I get the cheese from the deli, the person behind the counter will separate the layers so the cheese doesn't stick and come out in pieces. The woman back there this time didn't and by the time she had put it on the scale, it was too late to ask for them to be separated. She was friendly but I wasn't too happy about the cheese being all together. Shelves were stocked ok. This is the 3rd visit I've done were my Vanilla Waffle Cone Community Coffee wasn't there. Albertsons is just about the only place that carries this particular one. There was a sign for it but there was a caramel one that didn't have a price tag and I really.hope that one isn't replacing the one I like. A couple of the freezer areas had lights out on them and didn't want to open and shut doors just to see what was in them and let all the cold air out. Also the Fresh Pet I normally get was out. I normally get a 4 pound bag and just like my coffee, they have been out the last few times I've come in to get but boy did they have a bunch of the smaller bags. Those cost more to equal that weight and there sure was a tone of them. The big reason for my 1 star review is because of the bathrooms. I always try to avoid the bathrooms at this place because they tend to be gross. This time I couldn't wait to get home and had to use them. The door had Mark's of something all over the base. Base boards were gross and there waa toilet paper scattered around. All the stuff I mention is just from someone choosing to be lazy and not clean properly. Makes me wonder what the storage area looks like. I would like to keep coming to this one for convince, but I believe I will start going to the one in White Settlemnt because I know that one is always clean. Also the people watching the self checkout area were standing in the way. They were standing where you normally wait for a lane to open. Wearing a jacket, I couldn't see the Albertsons shift so I waited because I thought they were a customer. I had to ask if they were waiting because a lane opened but they didn't say you could go to that one. Just kinda looked over at me and said I work here. Hmmmmm. That's not the way you treat a customer. I understand they need to watch everyone, not from where they were standing. I was not thrilled with my visit and like I said, I thinknid tlrather drive a few more miles down the road to a different location. read more

Service here is a solid 4 stars. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are a few "one off's," but most have great customer service skills. I appreciate that about this location. The 2 stars is for the very high everyday prices, and for the fact that items with great deals/discounts on the app seem to never be at this store when the Albertsons app offers a good discount for that item. When I see a great deal on my app, I come to the store immediately and that item is always mysteriously "out of stock." It has happened to me 85% of the time, so I know ai'm not imagining it. Because prices are so high here, I only shop the store when I see a good deal in the app. It's frustrating, but I keep trying since I do snag some great deals about 15% of the time. These days, we all need good deals. read more

In general, you're going to pay a premium here on just about everything. However, I usually stop to shop here because they always have an abundant variety of flavors of Ice Breakers Ice Cube Gum. Their bags of chips are also always fresher and somehow always better tasting than other stores. I get it. These two tid bits may mean nothing to you. But it's the little things in life, and I'm glad I can always count on this location to provide me these small joys. read more

So I don't know where to start to get my point across.....this place is ripping people off. I went here yesterday to get some French bread and walked passed top ramen. I remember it being like I don't know 30 cents or less? Guess how much this place is charging, .99 cents for a packet of top ramen. I'm giving this as an example because EVERYTHING is extremely over priced in this store. When you check out it, the credit card keypad does a small survey. They know damn well why people aren't coming into the store anymore. You're ripping people off. I won't ever step foot in this store again, I hope others do the same. After leaving Ginger Brown's, I realized that I had to use the restroom... urgg... I didn't want to go back into the restaurant so we headed over to Albertsons (next door) instead. The store looked very nice (from what I saw of it) and finding the restroom was a bit of a challenge (I know I could have asked an associate), but eventually I found it by the Pharmacy. Holy cow! This restroom was awful! Like old gas station bad, OK. Let's just say that I rarely leave the restroom without washing my hands, but this time I thought it would be better if I didn't try to touch as much stuff as possible. Anyhow, I ended up buying the newest Fort Worth Magazine and a package of the new Hersey's Drops (basically chocolate encased in confectioners glaze). This grocery store has much higher prices on all items more than Target, Walmart, Aldi, a few other grocery store chains. They also employ rude people at the registers. Once particular employee who is young wears glasses has long blond hair & has disgustingly ugly long trashy looking nails, a female who will ignore you..not give out her name & trys to scratch you with her nails..I would stay away from always. It is disgusting that they hired someone like that! I would avoid her altogether..she will make you have a miserable day. I refuse to shop at this store again until she is gone & left it. The worst part..the main manager doesn't care either..he sides with her no matter what the situation is..I won't shop there anymore!. read more

I have said more than one time I wasn't going to shop here again. And after my last visit I'm going to stick to it. There is one cashier who i feel takes pride in her work. All other staff seem to hide when they see someone looking for assistance. For the prices they charge here I would expect someone to bag my groceries I'll drive the extra miles and go to Kroger from now on. read more

This is definitely a hot or miss location in terms of meat and seafood and baked goods, but it's the closest store to us. I've been happy with the produce, deals on sodas, and the pharmacy staff. The staff are friendly, too, especially for teenagers. Haha. read more

I stopped in here last Saturday night with my family to pick up a few things. The store was nice enough and I got my items without a problem. However, I'm giving two stars because of the lack of humanity and compassion shown by one of the managers. I was standing in a line with a couple in front of us hauling a couple of grocery carts full of groceries and items. This is important to note because obviously they were spending well over a hundred dollars at this establishment. However, one of the 12 packs of soda in the cart and tumbled over and a couple of the cans inside broke, causing soda to slowly spill out from the box. This would have been embarrassing enough for this patron, but instead of the manager coming over and assuring them that was not a big deal and to not worry about it, he kept sighing heavily and acting very exasperated and annoyed. It was enough for me to take notice and think that I'm sure glad it wasn't me who had accidentally caused some sort of mess because what was already embarrassing was turned into something sort of humiliating. It was hard to watch this customer in her embarrassment apologize for the mess and continuously be greeted with disdain as the manager stood there and walked around the soda and acted like it was the worst part of his day. Customer service is important, especially whenever you are in a higher position and represents the establishment in which others are expected to spend money at. This was my first time to go into an Albertsons for several years. If this is how the customers are treated there, I will stick to Kroger and Tom Thumb. read more

I ran into this store to grab 2 small pumpkins and 1 medium sized pumpkin. Went to pay and it started off good till she felt she had to point out that the larger pumpkin was 99cents a lbd(with an attitude). Guess she felt that a Latina couldn't afford it. I told her to "just ring me up for the 2 small ones" and then I said just "ring me up for all 3, it's for a school project". Didn't ring the larger more expensive one up. I figured she didn't hear me so I just let it be. Gave her my cash, she gave me my change and gave it to me in a way as if she was afraid to touch my skin. I didn't even get a "thank you, have a nice day!" Horrible, horrible woman. Wearing a pink Dallas Cowboys jersey and I didn't catch her name. I come to shop at Albertsons all the time, just becos I am used to it. But just now at6:50pm, the clerk at counter 2 was really rude. When it's my turn, she asked me "how are you?" Normally this store would have received two stars from me, but that's slowly changing. This store is close to my house so it's always been convenient to run into this store to get something I needed. However, I have always been disappointed in their produce section. I love to buy organic veggies. They have a section of organic vegetables that have not always looked so fresh to me. Not only that, but they their organic section is very small in comparison to say...Krogers. I have just always found myself wishing they would expand their all-natural sections. Currently this store is going through a complete renovation, and I must say I love the new look. Heres to hoping a better produce section will come with it. read more

I like your store customer service is friendly. However you need to open more registers. In the morning. There at times some customers with line rage. When other registers are not open and there's only one open. This morning I was stuck taking the 15 or less items lane, and it was only one open. I had at least 20 items on me. I was getting impatient stares from this woman. When the cashier was finished, with me, I overheard the cashier apologizing to the woman because of me. I thought that was very rude. I visit this location alot. Beware of the meat section. Many of the buy 1 get 1 or 2 deals are overpriced. They jack up the price to 8.99 a lb for chicken breast. Normal chicken prices are 2-4 per lb for breast. The meat quality is hood and the selection is better than Walmart. Butcher onsite as well so that's a plus. read more

Albertsons isn't my favorite all around grocer, but this one is the closest market to home so I started shopping there frequently by default. This location is special, the people who work here across the board are ALWAYS very nice, personable, helpful and make grocery shopping downright pleasant. It truly feels like your old school neighborhood market. They go out of their way to advise on specials, help you save money as well as find what you need. Each staff member is genuine and takes pride in their work, from the produce guy, seafood, bag persons to the cashiers to the stock persons....I find the selection superior to most, they are constantly adding more organics & specialty items at great prices, excellent produce, great wine & beer section......in all a great store, but the people who operate the place bring it to another level. Props to management and each & every employee, they're a rarity worth mention. read more
