I am re-writing this review, however, because not only did they make the problem right - they went far out of their way to find the exact radio from another car with an identical model and year to replace it. This is not something you see every day. Thank you!

From start to…read morefinish, the entire crew was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. They began by replacing all the worn handrails, steps, and any damaged boards, then thoroughly power-washed and sanded the entire structure. After that, they applied two full coats of a high-quality stain from top to bottom with zero overspray -- the finish looks flawless. The project took a little longer than expected because of the weather, but they refused to cut corners and focused on doing it right. That commitment to perfection really shows in the final result.Scheduling was straightforward, the pricing was fair and competitive, and the communication was excellent throughout. If you're looking to build, repair, or refresh your deck, I can't recommend Kings of Clean highly enough. They delivered outstanding quality!

They used a soft brush not a regular power wash to ensure my siding was not compromised. They seemed very easy to work with and were reasonably priced. The update, they washed while I was not there, when we scheduled it, I asked how I would pay; and was told not to worry about it, he'll take care of them. So 6 days after the wash is compete (yesterday afternoon) he contacts me by text to ask if I have an email he can send my invoice to. I provide one and he sends it. I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.

I wanted to upgrade my car with a remote start and called and asked for pricing. Spade's was right in line with a few other installers that I had priced but the equipment they were using was something that I felt more comfortable with than what some others were using. Also, after reading reviews of some of the bad install jobs that The Geek Squad had done I decided to steer clear of Best Buy. Spade's performed a clean install and got me in on a bit of short notice. The unit works great and I would recommend Spade's for remote start install work. Ask for Matt.

I had extremely high expectations for the entire process and I was not disappointed. Brad and Aaron walked me through the whole process, from giving me background to decide if this was something I wanted to do or not, to giving me samples of material and showing off some of their other cars so I could get an idea of what I was in for. They were incredibly accommodating even as I had to leave my car with them for an extra week since I was going out of town. The work was completed on time at an extremely high quality and I was thrilled with the result. Even after I received the car (and had paid in full) they continued to follow up and scheduled a check-in to make sure everything was still looking great. By the time the check-in came around I had driven about 1000 miles and had a little wear on the front sensors (model 3) and the water repellant nature of the coating had decayed quite a bit in some locations - potentially because I had driven the car so far right after the coating had been done. Brad took the car back in and fixed the sensor wear, had the surface coating of the car re-done and also touched up the chrome delete because he decided it could have been a little better - all at no cost. Cincy Vinyl Wraps fully delivered on-contract, but what really shows the quality of an organization is how they treat you after the bill has been settled. For that reason, I have no hesitation in recommending Brad and crew for any job regardless of size or complexity.
