I paid $350 deposit for an online tax prep meeting so I will have to dispute charge with my credit card to get my money back! Stay away! Edit: Taxlana returned my $350 deposit. I did not get my taxes done by them so I cannot comment on that. But the experience of not being able to reach this company by phone or other and the location listed is not legit. But I cannot give a review positive or negative on the quality of tax prep by this company.

Service was excellent, fast and reasonable. My laptop was…read moreworking fine in the morning. By 4:00 on Saturday afternoon it crashed hard. I made an online inquiry and was contacted within 15 minutes. I was able to drop my laptop off by 5:00, since it was useless to me at that point. On Monday they kept me informed of the progress on my computer, and by that afternoon I picked it up. The computer is running much better now that they also cleaned out a lot of the software bloat. Tuesday, my computer was working well until it wouldn't run on my external monitor. I took back, and it turns out the computer forgot how to access the video card. They did a systems update and patched me up. It was quick and they did not charge me for that service. Thank you We Know Best, you have a customer for life.
