The western union system was down, so I went to another western Union across the street, but they didn't have the cash. I decided to call this location to see if there western union system was back up, but was informed by MARIA that she couldn't give the information out over the phone I had to come in. I drove back across the street only to be told "I already told you the western union system was down". This manger Maria just saw me less then 10 min ago, but couldn't give me info over the phone.
