There are no hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing cash from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. They do share the lot with several other establishments. It can be busy, so the lot may get full. If that happens, just park on the street and walk over. No big deal. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, and organized. They definitely have the best rates in town. Whenever I travel, I always go to them to exchange my money. Btw, know your social security when you come here. I forgot mine kinda, and I had to go to the back of the line to figure that out and let others go ahead of me. They will ask for your social if you exchange more than $1,000. I've had serval issues with Veronica and not being helpful to staff mistakes. I called to make a…read morepartial payment on a loan. They agreed it was fine and I paid more than half of the loan. I only had $200 left to pay and they agreed it would be fine to pay off on the 1st. 3 days later they auto charged my card. Veronica refused to correct the mistake and stated there was no note left by the staff member that I would pay it on a later date. My only option was to re take out the loan with the interest. I asked Veronica to have her supervisor call me and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried calling and she will tell me she has customers and will call me back. Refuses to let me wait on hold instead of a call back. Each time she says 20minutes and I never get a call back. When I call again she states another 20minutes She tries to direct me to the portal but I've stated that I cannot access the portal and she states she cannot help me with that issue. She doesn't value her phone customers only her in person customers
