A business who does it ALL for you! Called and spoke to Karen Clay about my wants and needs. Extremely helpful and courteous! Asked about Make, Model, Color, Accessories and Special Needs. I had all of that from my "shopping " experience. She said; "I'll get back to you ". She DID, in less than a day. Her numbers were 'astounding'. I decided to Lease ( because I had never owned this brand and wanted to be able to move on if I was disappointed. NO PROBLEM was her answer. I agreed and 2 days later, she called and said the car was in their lot. My wife and I drove up, signed the paperwork and drove away with a FULL tank of gas and all of our questions answered. Yeah, never buy another car any other way! Sold my old one at Sierra Auto and got more than the dealers offered! The people who bought it were thrilled with the price and so was I. Automobile Broker? On Thursday, December 18, there was a road rage incident involving Adam from Martinez Towing in Yuba City. He was driving southbound on South Walton in a tow truck, with his daughter in the vehicle. As my wife was pulling out of Creative Kids Daycare, making a right-hand turn onto South Walton toward the red light at Lincoln Street, Adam approached at what appeared to be well above the posted 35 mph speed limit. My wife observed him roughly 0.2 miles away when she safely entered the roadway. At the red light, Adam aggressively confronted my wife, calling her a "fat pig" for pulling out in front of him and causing him to brake. Given the distance, speed limit, and the fact that there was already a red light ahead, there was more than enough time for a professional driver to slow down safely and gradually. I am a former tow truck operator myself with 10 years of experience in the Bay Area, and safe, defensive driving was always a core part of our training--regardless of how rushed we were. What occurred here was completely unprofessional and unsafe, especially considering this happened near a daycare. After the incident, my wife and I went to Ramirez Towing to speak with a manager, only to later find out that Adam himself is the manager. The business is operated by a mother-and-son duo, and we were given what felt like a very dismissive and inadequate apology. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers about how this company conducts itself, both on the road and in business interactions. Professionalism, safety, and respect should be the bare minimum--especially in an industry that operates large commercial vehicles.

After getting quotes at 3 other shops I talked to Tim and was impressed with the price and that he seemed to willing to do the extra work needed so that my truck wouldn't look like a repaint - he told me that along with the hood and top of the cab they would also paint the tops of the fenders and doors. Hadn't hear that anywhere else. I picked up the truck yesterday - it's 16 years old and now it looks brand new. They even replaced the high-mount brake light on the back of the cab after they discovered the rubber seal was shot and some funky wiring. Tim, Lisa and the other guy in the office (sorry, didn't catch your name) are a real pleasure to deal with. If I ever need any other body work done I know where to go. They are A-1.
