Overpriced items. Rude people work here and all they want is money. Money to buy things and money from items. They sell items very expensive and compare them to eBay past sellers/listings which isn't fair because... eBay isn't always legit. Lots of hydroflasks on eBay aren't even legit...for example. So how can they compare --if the item isn't physically in front of them. They eye ball (loom at it, eBay past listings...and say "Hmmm....I think this price...") an item and put their bias input into it. Therefore, they may not give you the same price as someone else. Electronics old and outdated. If you are looking for something old and it doesn't work after u buy it. That's it..you are stuck with it. Found what I needed on Amazon refurbished and it was backed up for 90 days for a great price.... if it did not meet the buyers expectations.. the buyer can easily send it back to Amazon and get a refund--no problem. Here, at cash connection, I would have a hassle if something went wrong the second I walked out the store. As people say: Shop around. Why settle for something you like for a super high price? Do not even waste your time or energy going to this pawn shop. The severe lack of customer service, salesmanship and just plain respect for people was very evident from the very start of my interaction with the staff. I am very surprised that this place is still open. They treat people as if they are above them and do not give accurate quotes on the prices of things brought in. I have never made a yelp review in my life or any other kind of a review. I will always tell the establishment or company in person about the good or bad service they are giving. They currently have a Benchmade Model 43 clone for sale for, if I remember correctly, $190! This clone probably wasn't more than $30 new. They told me that they bought it thinking it was the real deal. Now they're trying to get their money back! I called them to talk to them about it, offered them $20 and the guy sounded insulted. I told them someone was going to get ripped off for the price they were asking and then he proceeded to tell me how he disagrees and thinks that it's a quality knife, despite being a crappy Chinese clone. You can find better BM43 clones than this for only $60 new online. Don't go here. read more

We purchased an Xbox one from this place a month ago. He told us we had five days to return it if there was any issues. Unfortunately we discovered there was an issue after the five days was up. We originally thought there was something wrong with the Wi-Fi at the house but after having a technician check it out, it was determined that the Xbox had an issue. I was not able to make it in within the first couple weeks because of the fact that I live in grants Pass and they are closed on Sundays which is the only day I typically can come to Medford. I explained to him the situation and they said they will give us $150 in store credit. We started looking for an item to replace it with when another gentleman came out and said we could not get in-store credit. The Xbox one had an issue with the network card since the very beginning. I explained to him it had an issue but he said in a condescending manner that they test the thoroughly all of their units and there was no way they would help us out. I feel that they have bad customer service and do not know how to take care of customers. What kind of company tells you you can exchange something and then five minutes later tells you you can't?!?
