I know diamonds, so I brought them a new guard diamond to install which was higher quality than the original. The pricing was very fair and the turn around time was quicker than promised. I inspected the setting and the quality of the repair is better than the original. I would recommend this company for any repairs of your fine jewelry without hesitation.

Friends and I were walking through Jacksonville Oregon today. I saw a gorgeous crocheted sweater…read morehanging on a rack in front of a boutique I had not seen before. My girlfriend and I went inside (leaving our husbands outside) so I could try on the garment. It was beautiful but not quite as long as I wanted. The lovely young lady working in the store mentioned a longer one hanging on the rack outside which I had overlooked. She got it for me and it was perfect I thought it was $190 but decided to purchase it anyway. The owner of the store checked me out and that is when I learned that it was only $49. I was shocked ! This boutique has many very beautiful things I am happy to report. The next time you go to Jacksonville I highly recommend that you stop in and see what you might like. I intend to take my own advice and every time that I go to Jacksonville I will check this place out. Very lovely merchandise. Very lovely people who work here. And very lovely people who own it.

Who looks at the back wall of a store to see their return policy? Also, the receipt they email you says all sales are final too, but you don't know that until later when you get the email. EVEN WORSE! I was looking at diamond stud earnings because I wanted the real stone. They told me that moissanite is a natural stone versus lab created. In fact, naturally occurring moissanite is extremely rare and most of the moissanite on the market is lab grown. No doubt, the earnings they sold me were lab grown. I will never purchase anything from this store again.

What we learned later was instead of it being sized at 7.5 it was resized at 7.25. 3) The metal was so thin after being in their shop twice and it needed to be repaired. 4) THE LARGE EMERALD, I AM GUESSING to be a 3/4 ct. Emerald was chipped while in their possession. (The store manager after his inspection said the stones were "perfect" that they just needed polished up.) I have the receipt where it was not damaged. 5) The other ring the shank was destroyed and has to be replaced. 6) Charged $69/ring for resizing instead of the quoted $57. 7) Manager would not get off the call from his boyfriend to service us. I could go on and on... I Sent a letter to the corporate office...they called me back and was all apologetic...despite my troubles at that time all I wanted was to be refunded the $69 that they charged my for one of the rings. They said they wanted to get the store manager's version... They called back a couple days later and and it sounded more like they were trying to cover themselves for a lawsuit rather than satisfying a customer.. They told me that we signed a receipt stating that the ring was in good condition...if they have one it is a forgery!!!!! Bottom line no refund...now I want the costs of the repairs and the emerald!!!! I plan to sue them in open court... STAY AWAY FROM SAMUEL'S JEWELERS...not to mention we saved over $2500 on our wedding set at another competitor...same exact ring...in fact the diamond was a higher grade.

I told her that I got both my noses pierced with a 16g and asked her what size I should get that's safe. She was really rude, didn't explain and at all and looked very impatient with me. She told me to get the 16g flat backs with the shorter bars (because nostrils are thin) well my nostrils aren't, but I listened because she's the one with the experience. I ended up buying two 16g flat backs for 9.99 bucks each and I could barely get them in. When I woke up the next morning, my piercings were being swallowed because of how short the bars she told me to get were. I loved the jewelry, I just didn't love the service. And I didn't appreciate the aftermath of my irritated nose.
