Luckily the first store we checked out while walking around was this one, and it's absolutely lovely inside. Everything was so cute and beautifully displayed, the store smelled incredible, and the products were nicer than your typical made in China tchotchkes that I hate. My daughter immediately found some hand crafted soap and bought a few to gift me as well! There were lots of oil fragrances, clothes and cute stuffed animals, in addition to kitchen stuff and more. We would definitely come back when in the area.

And their prices range from reasonable to a little more than I would have expected. But that happens with antiques. They were friendly enough while we were there. . But then we found out two days later, that apparently we weren't the type of customers that they wanted in their store. They completely judged Us by our appearance, and told our friend that we were not welcome to come back and that they had debated on calling the police on us while we were there. This really took me by surprise since I thought we were pleasant and respectful. I was very careful about how I touched anything, and I even left my umbrella by the door. I'm not really sure what brought this on other than just judging a book by its cover. I will probably not return to that store. Even though there were a few items I was very interested in. So as much as I would love to give them a four or better, star rating, because of their behind our backs attitude I'm only giving them a two.

There was no sign saying I couldn't, and that's a stupid outdated policy in today's world anyway. It's how we share with friends, spreading the word about what we like. I was trying to get a shot of a sign I wanted to send to some friends and she walked up to me like I'm a kid and said "Photography is not allowed." (For the record I'm in my 70s.) I guess the logic is I'll photograph it, go home and recreate it, spending way more time and money that would make it more expensive than simply shelling out the $7 for it. Really? C'mon, use some logic. Because of the condescension, I left the store instead of staying and buying something else. So, because she wouldn't let me take a simple photo to share on social media, which could have generated some more customers, she lost whatever sales I would have provided, shot a hole in the goodwill it would have created, and generated this poor review. Smooth move, better to make customers feel welcome and let them share than insulted and lose sales. But, who knows? Maybe it's some brilliant marketing strategy I just don't see.

Recently made a purchase here for a gift only to find the…read morerecipient had received a similar gift -of course! :( I went back for an exchange/in-store credit as i was actually going to purchase something else I saw that was custom/more expensive. The staff person immediately was curt and when asked to check with her manager, she returned to say all sales were final. The item I purchased was discounted but it did not say that it was a final sale on the merchandise or my receipt- which was never even asked for. I like to shop local when I can. But local businesses who refuse to kindly work with the consumer is why it's not easy to do so -their loss.

I've called and asked for will calls pulled and ready to pickup same day. Theyve provided assistance on several occasions to transport and load a few very heavy object in my pickup. I misplaced my receipt. they printed one up in a matter of a few minutes. unfortunately I must say this is not always my experience in home improvement stores. I won't hesitate to shop hear and enjoy their friendly staff and management
