I went in to the Delta Waters store a day before October 1st and said i was going on vacation and…read morethe place i was going had poor internet and i wanted a modem for one month. The staff at the store was very kind and got me hooked up and out the door within 15-20 minutes. When i got back to town i went on Nov 1st to the store to return my equipment. They put the info on my acct that it was returned, and then I was given a 1-800 number to call to cancel service. When i called t-mobile to cancel service they said i would be charged for october and november because i returned equipment one day late. I asked if they would prorate my bill since i was not using their service after nov 1 and they said no-that's their policy. I am very disgusted that i have to pay for a service i dont have and im not using. The customer service people basically said "sorry too bad" to me and because of that, i will never use t-mobile again and i wont recommend them in the future to anyone. So beware-one day over your billing cycle day and you will be charged for a full months service

Bill was freaking rude. Don't do business here. I'm having my whole family leave a 1 star review never in my 30 years of life have I been stereotyped like this, I'm a hard working mother, wife and have never stolen anything in my entire life and to be judged by a grumpy old man like that was beyond inexcusable.. he could have just told me no and I would have went about my day but no he decided to just throw jabs at me the whole 3 minutes I was in his store. If you want to be judged by your appearance then this is the place to go. I went 5 minutes down the road to souther Oregon gold and pawn and they took my scraps and gave me a nice chunk of money AND THEY WERE NICE. Unfortunately for Bill and his ugly business I'm taking ALL MY GOLD to souther Oregon pawn and gold. I have lots of it too. So sucks to suck Bill you should have been nicer and you would have mine and my whole families business.i hope this damn place goes bankrupt and closes because they are not nice people.

I took my stepfather into this shop to ask the value of two gold coins. The person who helped us…read morepointed to the screens above her head and told us the current melt value. I like the transparency about what they'll buy and how much. I was immediately aware that this shop leans more into purchasing things for melt-value versus the numismatic value. The cases in the shop had silver coins displayed - mainly junk silver (silver quarters, dimes, halves) as well as rounds and bars. This shop offered the same purchase price as another coin shop in town for the $20 gold double-eagle coin from 1905 we brought in, but almost $200 more for the $5 gold coin than the other shop. I would come to this shop if I wanted to sell coins for melt value. I would check online before going in on the prices and what they are buying (I like this), but I probably wouldn't buy from them, and numismatic collectors would most likely not like this shop very much.
