To the district managers, you should definitely reevaluate who you have representing your company. A pretty face does not mean a pretty personality, a pretty face does nothing for customers. She's rude and I was able to be clearly hear her say "I don't care" (regarding my situation) prior to me engaging with her. Her personality and level of customer service was subpar, disheartening, and distasteful.
