Just had an interaction with KIMBERLY a representative for this company about my payment. While I'm talking KIMBERLY decides to cut me off and talk over me and when I asked her if I could finish talking she very sharply told me NO! I thought for sure I must have misunderstood her because who in their right mind talks to a customer like that so I asked again, are you not going to let me finish talking and she stated with an attitude like I'm some child " No, I am talking now." Who talks to an adult like that?! Who talks to a customer like that?! I will be going to the BBB and am filing a formal complaint with the regional manager. This is unacceptable and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I would imagine a company who prides themselves would not have someone like this working for them. Obviously KIMBERLY needs some customer service training. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Elie assisted me with my loan and was extremely pleasant to work with however Shanel, Chanel, however the name is spelled, was nowhere near pleasant and my conversation with her has me never wanting to do business with this establishment again. Ive taken loans out a many times. She immediately had attitude in her tone, she wouldn't answer the questions being asked, and would only reiterate that she was waiting on her district managers response. I'm not sure why she couldn't provide the answers to my general questions, but she wouldn't. Elie did help me. To the district managers, you should definitely reevaluate who you have representing your company. A pretty face does not mean a pretty personality, a pretty face does nothing for customers. She's rude and I was able to be clearly hear her say "I don't care" (regarding my situation) prior to me engaging with her. I have a loan with this company. I feel behind 1 payment. They contacted me for the 300.00 loan. So I paid half which they said I could do. And said I would be due on my schedule payment date. They contacted me and said I was behind a payment. I asked about paying half the loan and she said no that I was making a past payment plus interest. I got upset and told her they need to get their training to where there not giving out wrong info. Once I pay it off I'll never use them again and I wouldn't recommend them. Dysart location, I would not recommend to anyone. They had be cosign for my son on his 2012 Charger for 200.00. We called and asked for another 100.00 and was told no because I filed a Chap 13, 4 years ago. They had know problem approving the other 3 loans we had on this car which was paid off, even gave us this last one. I feel discriminated against and feel they should have followed policy. We all know if we don't make a payment on time, they will come get the car. Worst place to make a loan. First off do not keep your card on file, as they will automatically debit your account even though you opted for no auto pay. Then when you verify the address you want it sent to when your loan is paid off, they continually repeat an incorrect address back, and you never get your title. When you call them getting them know this, they confirm a completely wrong address, and sat nothing we can do. You can't even speak with a manager. The absolute worst place.
