Speedy will skim off the top of your new loan in order to pay off the old loan. SMH. Then the NEW loan's due date will be sooner than the old loan's due date. So, you will have to make 2 payments in the same month. Literally, I made a payment on the 11th and will now have to make one again on the 25th. This burns me up. I just wasted an hour of my life at Speedy Cash. I cannot believe this situation even occurred. I had an outstanding balance of about $1K from a previous income-based loan from Speedy. And, as life would have it, I needed another one. While on site, I mentioned that I had no money in the bank and really needed all the funds I could get. After the application process was completed, I was informed that I qualified--again--for $1K; but since I owed them $1K, Speedy Cash used this 2nd loan to pay off the 1st loan. I literally walked out with only documents in hand---NO CASH! They suggested I return tomorrow with my auto title in order to get an auto title loan. I don't even have enough money in the bank in order to get my out-of-state title transferred to Arizona. I could have gone to Title Max Auto Loans in order to get an income-based loan had Speedy told me that any new loan funds would be used to pay off my old loan. How so? I patiently wait and she asked me to write my social down on a piece of paper but in seconds responded that I'm not in there and quickly greets me away. "your not in our system, have a good day." I understood and thanked her but I was thrown off to the fact she didn't even bother to offer if I would like to apply since I was already there. On top of her being rude to greet me out right away she didn't even bother trying to give back me back my ID and I had to awkwardly stand there and ask for it back along with shredding my social I wrote down. I didn't even say much to the woman except for why I came in and somehow I was a burden for entering, because of the lack of good customer service I don't recommend this place to anyone. And to the blonde woman employee, rethink your attitude and tone with your customers.
