I thought for sure I must have misunderstood her because who in their right mind talks to a customer like that so I asked again, are you not going to let me finish talking and she stated with an attitude like I'm some child " No, I am talking now." Who talks to an adult like that?! Who talks to a customer like that?! I will be going to the BBB and am filing a formal complaint with the regional manager. This is unacceptable and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I would imagine a company who prides themselves would not have someone like this working for them. She immediately had attitude in her tone, she wouldn't answer the questions being asked, and would only reiterate that she was waiting on her district managers response. I'm not sure why she couldn't provide the answers to my general questions, but she wouldn't. Elie did help me. To the district managers, you should definitely reevaluate who you have representing your company. A pretty face does not mean a pretty personality, a pretty face does nothing for customers. She's rude and I was able to be clearly hear her say "I don't care" (regarding my situation) prior to me engaging with her. Her personality and level of customer service was subpar, disheartening, and distasteful.
