Shout out to Sean, the manager. Store was kept up and clean, but his kindness was the best. Went in to get my mom some rolls with maple frosting and there were only one kind for her. Sean went out of his way and personally put the frosting on the 2 other types that she wanted. I have not experienced this type of customer service in any Casey's!!! It looks like he has turned this location around with his kindness and customer service skills. Thanks Sean!! You surely impressed myself and my mom. Worst Casey's I've ever been to. I'm surprised corporate allows this store to run like this. Things are always out. Today no lids for size medium drinks. When I asked the manager she very rudely said "no" and walked away, never making eye contact. This store is also DIRTY. Time to review a gas station!! Wahoo!! I loathe going to gas stations, I hate getting gas, I hate going inside, I don't know what it is it just annoys me.so why do I like Casey's so much? The GAS!! It's cheaper at this location than any other within 5 miles. It's clean, AAANNDDDD this does kind of weird me out to admit it, but I like there pizza, it's a little greezy, but dang! I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but ya I'm so hungry I could eat a pizza from a gas station! All the employees are nice, they give it this neighborhood store feel. Casey's is one of my favorite convenience stores for the following reasons: 1.) Free air 2.) A super clean store including the bathrooms 3.) PIZZA This store, like many others, exhibits these fine qualities. It's kind of all by itself in the boonies just west of the West Johnson Drive Sports Complex, but it looks like it's doing fine. Regarding the pizza, it's as solid as some of the chains you see advertising on your TV. You can buy by the slice or by the pie. Neither choice is a wrong answer. Slow to help the counter if they're not already back there. One older gentleman makes bad jokes, and comes off kinda rude. They must be understaffed because every time I'm I there I hear someone complaining about working too much. Pizza is better by the slice. Convenient location, but with QT down the road, service could improve for sure. read more

Place is always a disaster, never staffed enough . If I see a bunch of cars I just drive right by. Quiktrip is such a more efficient machine. If they see more than two or three people in line other people will jump behind the counter. Casey's has really more than one person working out a time. Great location but all I hear is frustration from customers.Every transaction as well at Casey's takes forever. They must not pay their help much as quick trip seems much more professional. One of the most poorly run businesses out there, Id give them a zero but some sympathy to get help now a days. I don't miss much about my hometown, but I do miss having a Casey's nearby. This one isn't too far, but still a bit out of my regular path to and from so I only get there on "special occasions". Wow, based on the reviews, it can be hit or miss. Fortunately, the times I've gone have been all hits with no misses. The store and grounds are clean and well kept. It's well lit at night, which I always like at any place. The staff has been friendly, and I haven't experienced any wait time that I regarded as excessive. Their prices seem comparable to other places in the area. I haven't tried any of their prepared food other than their pizza, which i really like. I've ordered take out and delivery, and each time had no problems at all. I prefer their pizza over a lot of the chains out there. So as long as the misses stay away during my visits, I'm good with Casey's General Store. read more

I absolutely love the pizza that I had there. Minsky's Pizza has been my favorite for years but I didn't like their customer service that I had recently gotten and I've heard about Casey's pizza for quite a while so I gave it a try and Casey's pizza is definitely better then Minsky's. I would never think that a gas station would have such delicious pizza not to mention the staff was friendly and inviting. The main cook Leo was fantastic and I will definitely be back! read more

Really, it's worthy of a one star rating. Called in for a pizza order, phone rang for over two minutes, then I hung up, called back and it was answered after the second ring by a gal who was already having a conversation with someone else. Then said "what do you want?" Excuse me! How about "Thank you for calling Casey's, how may I help you? Upon arrival I went to the counter and stated the name the pizza was under and all three employees stood around and acted like stuffed animals. Then they had a discussion of how they must have given away my pizza to someone else. I told them that wasn't going to work since I had called in my order and had hungry kids waiting with me and didn't have a backup plan. Guy said it would be like 5 minutes while he "rushed" a pizza for us. 15 or so minutes later we were given out pizza with a bill. I would have thought that after the mishap, there would have been some sort of concession or discount. Shame on me for thinking so. That is the last time I purchase a pizza from Casey's. I love Casey's Pizza and recently moved to Shawnee and placed an order for delivery tonight. It was a comedy of errors. First, the driver was over 45 minutes later than the quoted arrival time in the confirmation email. 2nd, I kept trying to call the store to get an ETA. Phone was either busy or rang forever. I made 4 calls, and no one answered. 3rd, Driver forgot my 2 liter of sprite and still initially charged me for it. 4th. The breaded pork sandwich I got had to be sitting in the warmer for hours. Is like rubber. And last but not least....no chips on the taco pizza and not taco sauce packets. And no one at the store will know because they don't answer the phone. I am fairly easy to please, but this is beyond ridiculous. read more

While I really enjoy the pizza I have found that you do not go at meal times. This is a bad time to think you will get pizza by the slice. I have been in there several times and there is either no pizza in the case or really old dried out one or two slices . They are more than happy to put one in but I only get an hour for lunch and hanging out in a place where their job is to make pizza and stock the case is not where I want to spend my lunch hour. read more

Not a good pizza buying experience, at all! I placed an online order to be ready for pick up 2 hours later. I arrive and it was not even close to being done! He tells me that they didn't want to make it too early, then proceeds to tell me that half of it had been done for 20 minutes and was sitting on top of the oven! He then says they had gotten very busy, but there were 5 people behind that counter! You better believe that I made eye contact with all 5 of those people, and they knew I was pissed off! I do not usually have issues with this location, but tonight was so frustrating! Finally, 40 minutes later, I am ready to go. All I got was a smart-ass apology and a full bill, with no discount or credit towards a next order. Where is customer service these days?! I wasn't asking for anything free, by any means. Disappointed. Used to love going here. Now I can't go back. Entered and waited for several minutes at counter, not a single employee out of 3 said hello or smiled. I usually love caseys anywhere, and this one doesn't disappoint! Great fresh made food selection, clean, good variety of fountain drinks, and convenience store odds and ends. My favorite breakfast pizza in town!! The staff here and at most I've visited are always helpful. The fresh made subs are way better than subway because you get more meat, cheese, and toppings!!
