The food is okay, and the beer is cheap.... but the real reason to come here is because of the charm. This isn't a cookie-cutter Chicago restaurant that feels like you're being processed through a machine; it's a small town pizza place where half the staff are teenagers and the service is endearingly irregular, but everyone tries hard and hustles. You won't have the best food of your life here... but it has charm that can't be beat. Also the side salads are actually delicious.

I've never had their pizza, but more than once I've seen them deliver a fresh pizza to a table and overhead the patrons remark how good the pizza is. I've ordered their desserts before and they're really, really good. I was hoping to cash in on one of those delectable items, but sadly they didn't have any today (hopefully only a temporary thing). High top wooden tables, a nice wrap around bar and a room in the back make for an enjoyable experience for everyone. There's also covered outdoor dining for those wonderful Autumn afternoons and evenings. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend you give them a try.

I just came to say that the brunette, millennial girl with the pigtail braid on 4/24/26, during the lunch buffet isn't the best fit for customer service. She replied with "probably, if there isn't one in there there would be, as they always keep one in there." I've eaten here enough times to know that isn't accurate and if the kitchen doesn't know it's gone, they don't know to replace it. I would hate for her to have inconvenienced herself by turning her head to inquire. LOVE the pizza, not the lazy girl.
