We ordered Rosati's on door dash for delivery for dinner. The pizza was so good! The crust had a good crunch. The pizza had a lot of sausage. We love the sauce. This pizza came to our door warm and delicious. This sauce is real deal!! Everyone needs to try Rosatis. read more

The pizza at Rosati's in North Pekin is excellent. The sauce is perfect, just a hint of sweetness under the spice. Ample toppings on top of the cracker crust. Very good service and reasonable prices! read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience demands it. I tried to place a simple pickup order an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. The website clearly instructed me to call the store for orders, so I did. When I called, the owner arrogantly told me I could "only order through Uber Eats," completely contradicting his own website. When I pressed him for clarification, he became downright dismissive and unhelpful, talking in circles and refusing to take responsibility. To top it off, he arrogantly claimed, "We know what we're doing; we make lots of money," completely disregarding customer experience. This kind of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. read more

AWFUL customer service and ZERO regard for customer service. I placed an order a month ago and it was delivered 90 minutes past the time it was quoted. I called twice and it was "on the way". The delivery person told me I would receive my next order on Rosati's, the owner VICKI (male) refused. I will take my money elsewhere. I wish zero stars were an option. read more

I really wish I didn't have to write a negative review of this place. Placed an order on their website to be ready at 5:30. Walked in the door at 5:25 expecting I might have to wait a few minutes. They hadn't even started making my deep dish pizza. "It'll be 25 minutes." Didn't let me know when it was finished, so I waited 40 minutes to get my pizza. No offer of any kind of compensation. At least the cashier said she was sorry I guess. read more

I ordered a deep dish. What i received was not deep dish. Very skimpy on the toppings. We've had much better from this place! I also ordered online at 5:38 pm. The site said it would be delivered between 6:45 and 6:55. It arrived at 7:30! Almost 2 hours from when I placed the order. Not sure what's going on but they need to get it together! read more

Rosati's Pizza - Not a deep dish. - Pizza Near Me - North Pekin, Illinois

All I can say is this place is a joke. Chose this place for my family (from all throughout the Midwest) to get together for a holiday lunch. I called 2 weeks in advance to ask if they could accommodate a group of 15 at noon on December 26, 2024. Sure thing and they would be open at 11AM that day. My party starts arriving right before noon and we find out they wouldn't even take our order for at least 45 minutes. 2 employees in the place and one comments they weren't even aware our party had reservations. The other comments they shouldn't have opened that day. The world is a different place post-covid and I try to have more patience and understanding while targeting much lower expectations on the dining out experience. That said, where this place fell on its face, Monical's Pizza in Pekin shined bright! Called them up and asked if they could accommodate our party with 15 minutes notice and they were more than willing to welcome us in! They went above and beyond to provide excellent, friendly service and even better food than we could have hoped for! We had a great experience and I suspect departed the restaurant before we would even have gotten our food at Rosati's. In the end, thanks for the failure Rosati's! We now have a new annual get together spot over at Monical's! Happy Holidays! read more

Came in here driving north for work, my coworker had recommended it and I met him here. We came in a little after 11AM so early lunch, and it was dead. I was surprised because it's so great! The service was awesome, super quick, always had our drinks refilled. Food came out pretty quick as well. Pizza was super high quality, delicious crust. They're super giving with their toppings. We also got the toasted raviolis which were SO GOOD. I would eat those every day if I could. Highly recommend. read more

Hit or miss. Pizza is usually very good, order thin crust with less sauce and cheese and you'll thank me. Salads will either be fresh and crisp or turning brown . Haven't had anything else there. Good luck read more

What a disappointment! I made reservations for 12-15 and they set us at 2 separate tables. They did have tea or lemonade. They told us what they were out of when we started ordering. The AC doesn't work correctly. The bathrooms were disgustingly gross! It had to be 80 + degrees in the restaurant. Our server was the only good thing of the evening. Did I mention the flies in the restaurant...gross! This place is going down hill! read more

It wasn't super busy for 3:30 on a Saturday. I had spaghetti and he had an Italian beef. All for $30 and I couldn't even eat all of mine. I was so full. Rosati's Pizza - a close up of a pasta dish - Pizza Near Me - North Pekin, Illinois

One of the saddest pizzas I've had in a while. Crust was hard of the bottom, raw on the top half, and tasted like cardboard. Barely any sauce. Chicken was ground up like it was put in a food processor and sprinkled on the top, very bland and EXTREMELY DRY. It felt like I was eating sand. Everytime I go here I am just disappointed. read more

If I could give it less than one star, I would I've ordered two different pizzas two months apart and they've never made them and have zero answer of where they went or why they weren't made. I will never come back to this business. The manager is worthless does not understand how to do his own job. Take you money elsewhere! read more

No consistency in their product. Only about every other time we order do we really enjoy it. If that. Last night we ordered the pick 4 and the margherita pizza. The margherita was way, way overcooked. Outer pieces almost inedible. The pick 4 was extra extra sausage and extra extra cheese. The sausage amount was about the same if I'd ordered a single topping pizza. What a ripoff. Will be quite a while before we order again read more

The food is great. The service is great. Everytime we go the place has flies. Seriously it's a restaurant. Get ride if the flies. Not a one time thing. read more

The Chicago deep dish was nice and thick, has flavorful tomatoes. The garlic cheese bread was a healthy portion, thick cheese not an over powering flavor of garlic. The calamari was a bit stale but it was take out so is what I expect. read more

Waited 5 minutes to get seated, not a big deal but the hostess didn't walk us over to our table but only pointed and said "one of those booths over there"...in a restaurant with multiple booths in there. Our appetizer came out burnt, there was food in the cups, and the service was just the worst I have ever experienced. The food was overly greasy that it made the pizza bread soggy that the cheese just slid right off. Personally, i will never eat here again or recommend anyone that I know to eat here as well. read more

Best Chicago Style Pizza in the Peoria area! Order the breadsticks with marinara and alfredo while you wait for the deep dish to cook!

The pizza is usually very good. However I waited nearly an hour for my quoted 35 minute pizza. The young blonde girl working was more worried about getting out of work early and chatting with her friend at the bar. I called it in and came in 30 mins later. I was greeted with "what's up"? And wasn't even offered a drink at the bar. I get home with my pizza 10 mins later and it's ice cold. Not happy,it was not worth the $40 I spent today. read more

BEST PIZZA in Peoria area!! If you have been used to the best pizza in the world (Chicago pizza- real Chicago style pizza varieties that include thin crust and deep dish), and live in central Illinois, Rosati's in North Pekin is the only place that you will find truly awesome pizza. No fake disappointments like other places claim in Peoria- this is the real deal. Bloomington-Normal has a Rosati's and a Giordano's (lucky BN- probably because of ISU students from Chicago area who know the best pizza varieties in the world). We used to drive to BN just for the pizza (Peoria has been a pizza desert since Aurelio's left town). No more. Thank goodness we found this Rosati's location in North Pekin. A bit of a drive, but oh so worth it. We lived all over the US and a good pizza is almost non-existent (New York tasteless cardboard styles are ok but not close to the superior Chicago crust, cheese, and the key: amazing sauce). Thank goodness we have a top-line pizza place in Peoria!! And, the restaurant itself is very nice. Clean, modern, large enough for a family, and very friendly people. A pretty (and easy) drive from north Peoria, but takes about 40 minutes round trip. VERY worth it!!!! read more

Updates at bottom Ordered for delivery. Nice thin crust pizza. They delivered quickly. Was warm. Good taste. Nice sauce. Little light on toppings. Good stuff. Update: Credit card charge doesn't match my receipt amount. Contacted shop via Yelp. No response read more

We've been here like six times already since they opened and have yet to have a bad experience. Their stuffed pizza is otherworldly, their thin crust is great, their breadsticks are probably the best I've ever had. And their sandwiches, oh their sandwiches. The meatball sub is basically the Platonic ideal of a meatball sub. My personal favorite though has been the Italian combo with mozzarella and giardiniera. The only sort-of problem is they've been slammed every time we've gone, but that's to be expected with a new restaurant, and the service was fast anyway. Go there. Right now. You heard me. read more

Deep dish margarita pizza was amazing! The breadsticks were probably the best I've ever eaten! Definitely will be going back

Having been born and raised in Chicago coming to the Peoria area meant leaving Chicago style pizza behind. It took a lot of years but Rosati's is what I have been waiting on. The thin crust sausage is an outstanding representation of a true Chicago pie. I noted a couple of people said it was soggy but that may be from too much time being delivered. Never experienced that dining in. This is our new favorite place, try it you will like it. read more
