When I asked to increase my original bid accordingly, they refused and threatened me with legal action if I pulled my crew off the job. Prior to starting the job, the AOAO had decided to offset the initial expense of my work by pre-invoicing the owners. They couldn't go back without losing face. Andrea, we always did top-notch service for your clients. When you decided to cut my line, you not only hurt me and my business, but you also took a valued vendor option away from the owners. As soon as I mention a property I'm interested in a property she is contacting the listing agent within the hour trying to set up an appointment as soon as possible. Listings move quick here & she doesn't want her clients to miss out. I went into escrow on a property and Lisa was with me literally for every step. I work very long hours ,so Lisa would send me all the paperwork (SO much paperwork) that needed to be signed electronically (no need to go into an office etc, thank goodness) for each part of the process. When it came to the home inspection (I was doing this on my lunch break) they uncovered some major mold issues and knowing the 10 day window between the escrow & home inspection, Lisa said we should address it right away, she told me to go back to work & she was called another company to investigate further. Due to this I ended up having to withdrawal & again Lisa was there walking me through every step with paperwork & being honest about my options at that point. Bottom line if you want someone who is dedicated to making sure her clients get what they want at a fair price, someone who stays engaged in your individual process, someone who is available anytime, weekends, early mornings, late nights- Lisa is the realtor for you. Fabulous building adjacent to another complex with a high end new restaurant. All the amenities. Such lies and misrepresentations. We found nothing of the sort. And what view there was had filth caked on the windows. The unit was small. The bedroom had a slit of windows up near the ceiling facing the common hallway so as you are in the bedroom you hear everyone walking by. And the list goes on. We stayed 30 minutes and then booked our vacation at a beautiful hotel in Wailea getting the last room available. Complained to CB Vacation Rentals and was blown off multiple times. Jeremiah, Manager, was a joke! So we have now filed formal complaints with multiple jurisdictions and have demanded a full refund from VRBO and CB Rentals. Consumer misrepresentation is a crime and we will not sit back and be victimized by either party. If you see CB Vacation Rentals as a host - RUN away as fast as your feet will carry you. We are seasoned global travelers and have never experienced anything remotely like this. And we travel 1/2 the year to remote places where even in remote Patagonia, India, Mongolia, the Mekong...have never experienced such lies.

The molding in the unit was falling off the wall. They refused to fix any issues. The couch had been broken for a year, as they acknowledge, but never put in their advertisement . They knew how bad it was and rented it anyhow.
