I found out she's been telling people I ran a "bait and switch" scam on one of her clients. We were hired by APM to perform maintenance at a large condominium complex in south Maui. When we started, we discovered a massive lint build in their systems. I was told by one of their maintenance workers that it had never been cleaned professionally in the 19 years he had worked on the property! When I asked to increase my original bid accordingly, they refused and threatened me with legal action if I pulled my crew off the job. Prior to starting the job, the AOAO had decided to offset the initial expense of my work by pre-invoicing the owners. They couldn't go back without losing face. Andrea, we always did top-notch service for your clients. When you decided to cut my line, you not only hurt me and my business, but you also took a valued vendor option away from the owners. I hope you read this because if I hear anyone else mention bait and switch, I will sue you for defamation. Awe!

Fabulous building adjacent to another complex with a high end new restaurant. All the amenities. Such lies and misrepresentations. We found nothing of the sort. And what view there was had filth caked on the windows. The unit was small. The bedroom had a slit of windows up near the ceiling facing the common hallway so as you are in the bedroom you hear everyone walking by. And the list goes on. We stayed 30 minutes and then booked our vacation at a beautiful hotel in Wailea getting the last room available. Complained to CB Vacation Rentals and was blown off multiple times. Jeremiah, Manager, was a joke! So we have now filed formal complaints with multiple jurisdictions and have demanded a full refund from VRBO and CB Rentals. Consumer misrepresentation is a crime and we will not sit back and be victimized by either party. If you see CB Vacation Rentals as a host - RUN away as fast as your feet will carry you. This company; not…read moreonly handles short term vacation rentals but also handles long term occupancy which in both areas are nothing short of terrible, unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Jenny Meekhof and Valkyrie Smith (Property Managers) Do bad business, lie to renters, and many other things which amount to an individual not being qualified for the job they are in. I feel bad for anyone looking to rent, hire them for management services and/or any involvement with them at all. If you are coming to Maui and looking for rental services, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, if possible. If you have a home here and have property management needs, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They will not provide you with minimal necessary needs for comfort, but will provide you with dirty rentals, and then put the blame on you at checkout. Maintenance needs during your stay? You can forget about it. They will not attend to you, and you will be left out to dry. There lack of communication, lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge, is something no business should have in places of power. They are scammers. Please if you want to eliminate headaches and unnecessary confrontation; do not hire them and spread the word so that they receive no business. They should be permanently closed. This review is to provide awareness, so that no other hardworking family will be scammed and left disappointed.
