The initial consult was fine. We got an estimate and decided on a plan. They assured me that even in the fall they'd be able to trim our tree of dead branches. My first disappointment was that in the fervor of trimming our tree they ripped out some of our newly planted bushes. There was no mention of it, no apology, full charge for the trim. I didn't mention anything because the bushes were spindly and I thought it was an honest mistake. My second disappointment is that when they returned for a soil sample they bent the back gate off the hinge and will need to be replaced. They did the soil sample when we weren't home so there's no hard evidence that it was their team but who else could have broken our gate on the same day they came? When I mentioned this, there was no apology, not reimbursement, just a follow up about when they could start the next project. There are plenty of tree services in the area...
