We chose this spot because of their stellar reviews, and they did not disappoint. We ordered their horchata cold brew and their banana bread latte (with a hemp milk substitute) which were both on their summer seasonal menu. The horchata was smooth and had great flavors. The banana bread latte was amazing! Easily one of my top 5 lattes I've ever had. The drink was smooth, creamy, and tasted like banana bread in a cup. There is plenty of seating inside, the staff was friendly. If I am ever back in town, I'll be swinging by to try more of their offerings.

It creates a beautifully, smooth cup of coffee through an individual percolator cup. It was really fun to watch them make it. It's quite hot, so you do need to let it cool down before drinking it. For pastries, today I got their gluten free blueberry muffin, a blackberry scone and a chocolate croissant. The gluten free muffin was among the best I've had. The blackberry scone was an absolutely standout and lived up to the hype of other reviews. The chocolate croissant had a great texture and wasn't too sweet! I love Noble Coffee!

They have amazing ambiance with classic coffee house music, plenty of outlets, and comfy seating. Re Mix is one of the only places in Ashland where you can comfortably work outside under shade. The baristas are very friendly and if you go there enough, they will remember you and ask about your life. During the school year, the shop does get overrun by college students being so close to campus. If you want to work there, I suggest arriving early to get a spot.
