We choose Wise as we were told at the point of sale we could move with the system and there would be no fee to move. Fast forward to November 2021 and we are moving now. I gave them a call and there is now a $200 fee to relocate the alarm and its an internal policy that is never discussed. I have paid my bill on time for the past 17 months they do not care about customer service nor loyalty as I even asked to spilt the difference. There only options were pay the $200 relocation fee, sign another 36 month agreement or pay $650 to get out of my current agreement. I absolutely do not recommend this service.

He went to Best Buy got the system then came back and installed it and made some adjustments to our network and viola!! Finally have amazing internet and I LOVE the new Mesh system he chose.
