Came out in an emergency when roofing company accidentally broke an electrical connection on the roof and rewired HVAC unit (Godsent). They warranty their stuff as well. Nobody touches my electrical other than Econolight. For my upcoming kitchen remodel, the contractor I choose will need to work with these guys. We hired Econolight to do a couple of projects at our home in Phoenix. We had can lights installed, several outlets installed outside, a couple of fancy USB charger outlets installed inside, and we also put in dimmer switches in our main living areas. We got an initial quote quickly but given the large scope of work, we were unable to get scheduled for about 6 weeks. Now that all's said and done, I can confidently say that they were worth the wait! Jay and Chase did an excellent job. They were professional and worked quickly, yet safely. They left absolutely no mess behind, which is impressive as they cut through ceiling drywall to put in the can lights. They prepped the room nicely with large sheets of plastic to prevent nasty insulation from getting into our carpets. It all starts when you call them, they give you a clear idea of how the pricing works and when they can show up. There is never I have no idea what the charge would be and then when they show you understand why they did not explain on the phone. When they get on site they quickly access what needs to be done and then get the process going. Their trucks they use are well stocked with supplies so there is none of, "I need to run to Home Depot to get a part". They have 1) replaced two ceiling fans and added a new one (I supplied fans), 2) put 220 outlet in garage for EV charging, 3) installed security video camera, 4) upgraded all ceiling spotlights in kitchen to LED (I supplied retro fit lights), 5) removed outlet so I could have dog door installed, 6) installed external security camera (I supplied camera), 7) added outside electrical outlet, 8) trouble shot electrical switch, 9) added inside outlet for my entertainment system. We had Econolight come out to install two sets of recessed lights - one set in the family room, the other in the living room. To make the decision to go with Econolight, I relied heavily on the 39 positive reviews that I read on a competing website that focuses on contractor work. I also checked out their website, and reviewed their custom lighting design projects that they had completed for other customers. My project was very basic, but they can clearly do some very sophisticated lighting arrangements. They came out very quickly, and gave us a firm quote. The quote price was almost exactly the same as another electrician who had quoted the same job. They also made some suggestions about how we could improve the arrangement as compared to our original idea. We went with their recommendations. We had Econolight install both sets of lights about one month ago. Both sets of lights are FANTASTIC. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and tidy.
