    Not good, Look for better company. No Value high turnover of employees. Too many errors, billing, service, can barely answer the phone.

    Major Problems after 30 years of being a loyal customer!…read more About a year or two ago I hired two RING type bells to handle my home from a useful and like able salesman. It worked fair but was very sensitive for leaves. About two months ago Doyle told me they were going to "upgrade" my Door bell with a supposedly slight charge. Eventually I agreed. They then told me they are So busy and it will take a time to figure out when they will come. One day the day came. First problem, the perfectly like able service man was not aware that we had TWO bell's every though I pay for TWO. Not his fault, but my time is busy also and NOW I had to make a 2ND Apointment which as I already said takes forever for an application. I've been trying to be patient. Although not certain when, the newest Bell is it working at all! Now you with think if a doctor to make an appointment. Once you tell them the days and times you have available, they could do it. It doesn't work that way, at least not for me. What they do, is the tell me when they're coming, at which point I have to say unfortunately I am not free on that day. Instead of saying, when are you free so we could do it at that moment they said OK we'll get back to you. It's never an immediate callback I then try to tell them the best way to do. It is to calm me at my cellular phone not my landline number. I also tell them generally I'm only free on Tuesdays and Thursdays given that they only are available M-F I received a message on my landline number, the number I specifically told them they would be better off calling my cell phone. The message said Coming on Monday. Once again, realize I have told them. If not once three times I told them I am. Best available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not to mention I would've gotten back to them 123 if they had called me on my cellular number. Today, Tuesday, I was told that somebody will be there in 20 minutes!!! It is true, finally it was understood that Tuesdays and Thursdays are my best days, but that doesn't mean that I am ready on demand. I had to explain unfortunately I cannot see somebody in 20 minutes as I have a doctors appointment. It was obvious Scott was not happy, he seems to be the one who's running the service there. Rather than pointing out all the mistakes that Doyle has done in this case, I just said, I'm sorry, but be certain I'm not the only one that's part of the problem. When I told him I'm sorry but I can't see you today until after 1 o'clock he said OK we will (surprisingly) be there tomorrow. To which I said Scott as I've said, I am only free on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He said I'll get back to you Would you not think that he would at that he would make the appointment so we have a meeting of the mind? Still haven't heard from him, he'll probably be in another day or two maybe another 8 to 10 days. I'm sure he'll tell me how busy he is. As I said, from the beginning, I've been a loyal customer for 30 years. I almost never ever think of Doyle, or bother them over the last 30 years. Isn't It wonderful how my loyalty is finally paying off (sarcasm)

And this is what Doyle Security Systems is. Now in its 4th generation, governed daily by John Doyle jr. With operations in New York and Pennsylvania. In my business I'm constantly traveling and in just about every town, or city I go in, and out in the country, I see a Doyle Security Stickers in windows as well as ground stake signs in front lawns. A friend of mine has used them for several years and is very pleased with them. With all of today's technology via computers, competitors,etc., Doyle is still in the main stream of security. I recently was on a job site where their offices are and even their fleet of trucks seemed well maintained, a good sign!

    Yesterday I received in invoice from Action Security for the alarm system at the business. I have…read morebeen a client with them for several years. In 2023 I renewed my contract and upon renewing the contract they failed to enable the automatic billing. Yesterdays invoice had several months of late fees. The Business Office has called and I have asked for them to mail me an invoice each time. Yesterday they sent me a ledger of charges going back to 06/2023. Where are the invoices? I still have not received any invoices and today an email from the business office is agreeing to split the late fees. The Business Manager replied to an email that I assume was not directed to come to me and to a member of the accounting team. The message stated "Looking back at the few emails regarding Tuxedos K9 no where do I see him asking to stop auto pay. And you are correct he is not a nice person." Class Act customer service! So where are my invoices and is this so difficult! Am I the only business that requires an invoice to pay for services?

Despite leaving a conciliatory 3-atar rating on Thumbtack and saying that the workman was nice, I have been accosted for HOURS with aggressive and combative texts because he thought my review was unfair. Only now (too late) I looked at his other recent reviews. They are 1-star reviews. Mine was GENEROUS!!! Please avoid these guys at all cost. They are super-rude and aggressive. And for an electrical company to be unable to connect a functional Spectrum Xumo box to a new TV, and then deny they were asked to do so, is inexcusable. What's more, they quoted $80 and I paid $95 for a half-finished job because I thought the guy who came out was nice. Boy was I wrong!!! These people are a bunch of aggressive, bullying, creeps!!! I would be happy to share their angry texts over a 3-star review (on Thumbtack). If I could change it to 1-star, I would. I am now giving them 1-star for HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. AVOID!!

    Where do I start? I am not wealthy, I do not own any of the "best" technology equipment. However,…read moreVivint assured me that my Amazon Fire would be an acceptable form of technology to support their system. Not at all what I was promised!!! The system was installed, poorly, and removed within 6 months!!!! None of Vivint's equipment functioned properly, or at all. Technicians came to the house on more than 5 occasions to "fix" the sky panel, the doorbell camera and adjust some settings. I had several phone conversations with customer service, and e mails. This system was sold to me under predatory circumstances!!! Not once did a supervisor reach out to ask about my dissatisfaction. Upon removal of the equipment, my house now does NOT have a functional door bell when I had one before they got there!! Ricardo was the tech, he left live wires hanging from my siding where the doorbell should've been replaced. I have several holes in my walls, wires dangling and overall damage! Only way I recommend this security service is it you have an iPhone, the latest edition of iPad with at least iOS of 10!!! So whatever, I am severely dissatisfied!! Not to mention since installation in January, I have video footage of trespassers stealing property!!! But of course, with non-functional equipment NOTHING was caught on video. Just criminals walking down my driveway from the one , but nothing was ever caught on the door bell camera, because that camera always said it was "reconnecting". And again I had to call, perform testing and basically work. This happened so frequently that I just accepted the fact that this system was a bad idea, and ignored it!!! It's really unfortunate, because I live in an area full of crime. I needed this system for security and peace of mind. Instead I got anxiety, a big money contract and zero support! ADT will be getting a call for my business. The only business that I plan to do with Vivint will accompany an attorney!!! You can bet on that!

    To begin with, the salesman misquoted me. I decided to go through with the install and deal with…read morethat afterwards. An hour after install was done, 3 of the 5 cameras were offline. Reboot, restart, unplug, call to tech support...repeat and repeat. The 2nd night the system would not arm! Imagine a security system that will not arm and does not have functioning cameras. The system still will not arm. I cancelled before being locked in to a 5 year agreement and payment. The service model is not helpful at all. They are putting me off almost 2 weeks to have the system uninstalled. In the meantime I am left in a home without a security system. All they care to do is apologize, not make anything right.
