They could not confirm with a photo that my car had been there, small surprise since I rarely use that car, and especially not during the winter. I am frustrated not to get a full refund, and I guess I need to cancel that credit card. An unsolved mystery. I asked to speak with the owner, but was not allowed to do so.

Finally, when I pushed the stop button to stop the charges, the timer continued to run. When I went in to ask the attendant, they said the timer was a known issue, but they said the soap looked fine. Maybe they didn't believe me that no soap was coming out of the hose, but they didn't seem too concerned. Just shook their heads and said, "sorry about that."
