But I am often double charged when you pay for a wash that isn't labeled as out of order. Only after you pay do you get the notice. And no communication through any of their channels, including the phone number plastered on the wall there. If I had another option, I'd not come back.

Then they continued to charge my credit card for the next several months. I even received a refund for the first month- then went on an extended holiday and came back to two more months charged to my card. I had to cancel that card and get a new one. Just a forewarning and to hopefully let the owners know that their membership site is not canceling properly. I will still visit the car wash, though!

I've always been to self service car washes where you get a certain amount of minutes for a certain price. So we had no idea how expensive this place would be to wash our car. We followed the directions and did the tire rinse, pre-soak, sponge mop and high pressure rinse. The sprayer stopped at $20 but we still had soap on the car. I had to re-swipe my card to finish rinsing off the soap which was another $3.75. $23.75 for a self service car wash?! What a rip-off! For the same amount of time, my local car wash would have been $10!

A $16 automated wash has a "spot free rinse" cycle, and the manual has that option as well, but that's not what you'll get and when you get your car home it'll be covered in hard water spots.
