The first diagnosis focused on a clutch failure with an estimate over $6,000, which ultimately turned out not to be the issue. After several weeks (4 weeks just to be diagnosed due to lack of bodies in the shop), the actual problem was identified as a worn transfer case linkage -- consistent with the original symptom and exactly what I told them that I knew the problem was - it's pretty typical with the Jeep Wrangler JK. Throughout the process, the estimate was revised multiple times, including a significant additional charge after parts were said to have been "inadvertently omitted." While I understand repairs can evolve, clearer explanations and earlier verification would have gone a long way. After the repair was completed, the vehicle had multiple warning lights illuminated. When I asked if the codes could be cleared and rechecked -- a standard post-repair step -- I was told there was "no sense" in doing so and advised to pick up the vehicle as-is. The final repair itself appears to address the mechanical issue, but the experience suffered from inconsistent diagnosis, long delays, changing estimates, and limited follow-through at the end. I expected clearer communication and a more complete handoff for a repair of this scope. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers.

I used to bring my '09 here to get…read moreserviced on parts I couldn't do myself, would allow me to bring my own parts such as luxury rims or OEM parts I had myself. (Thing is the dealer won't provide warranty on the item; I just paid labor). Prior to COVID, they used to bring me into the shop for a minute a show me. Now they send you video to your phone with an explanation from the mechanic. How cool is that? I loved the transparency they provided. If there was a part on order, I get a loaner. If they were out of loaners, they paid for my rental for a week while my parts were waiting to arrive from Germany. 10/10 I have since traded in for a newer (used) model, and the sales team seemed like good people. I didn't argue on a price, though. I did find some small minor things wrong with the car after about a month in, and Audi Cascade did me right. They took of every little thing free of charge (whereas total work would've been around $700). No wonder why they're part of the Audi's Magma Society. For those that love and stick with Audi, you should do your research and check out what dealerships were given this award. As a years long customer that has to deal with shady dealerships now (because I moved for work), I will miss this place.

Received some BS response so I gave it another couple days before I had to call back again for an update. I was told I would get a call back from the service department. When I did receive a call back it was from the sales department saying "the service department still has some diagnostics to run, but I am going to be honest with you, the estimate looks quite hefty. Could I ask how much you owe on this vehicle because we could take it off your hands." I own my truck outright and I told the sales person as such and immediately went and picked up my vehicle. The person behind the service counter was clearly typing in some BS inspection reports as I was standing right in front of him. I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes...clearly he wasn't just closing out my account and handing me the keys which should've taken five minutes at most. He had to create a maintenance report there in the moment. I honestly don't think they ever looked at my truck in the 10 days they had it. Over the next few months I continued to receive calls from the sales department asking if I would like to sell my truck to them. I apologized to the last service sales rep who called me because I got quite annoyed and demanded that they remove my phone number from their sales pitch list. I strongly recommend staying away from this place for service.

The car had developed "lot rot" on the brakes because it hadn't been moved regularly, which caused them to pulsate and underperform. I was initially told this would be fixed at no cost since I had just purchased the car. However, when I brought it in, I was informed that because it wasn't considered a "safety issue," I would need to cover the repair costs. They quoted me a $50 diagnostic fee plus $250 to resurface the rotors--a job that typically costs around $40. To make matters worse, the service tech brushed it off by saying, "It's Ohio, this just happens," even though properly maintained vehicles don't develop this issue. I ended up replacing the brakes myself for half the cost. On top of that, shortly after the purchase, I began receiving unsolicited calls from third-party insurance companies trying to sell me GAP coverage. Please be aware that if you conduct business with this dealership that your information will be sold for a few extra dollars. Overall, while I'm happy with the car itself, my post-purchase experience with Spitzer was disappointing. Be cautious about service promises and how your information may be used if you choose to do business here.
