Water damage

Satisfactory service, within any company, is of the utmost importance. That said; I've been treated rudely twice at this location. Both times, the representatives' response was that I could opt not to have regular maintenance under my 2 yr service plan done. It's almost as if they were doing me a favor. I purchased my vehicle certified pre-owned. The battery died within 8 mos. I have a leaky sunroof and water damage due to it. I spoke to 3 service techs prior to scheduling oil change, tire rotation, and drain flush. They set the appt. so that they had time to do the flush. Not once was it mentioned of any out-of-pocket expense. Brian, in the shady service dept. tells me that they wait until you arrive to discuss fees. What sense does that make? If you know there's a specific fee, just say that! They knew exactly what my issue was beforehand, so why not set that expectation? I'd have scheduled around payday if that were the case. After sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, I get a call from another rep, saying that they figured, now, I didn't want my regular maintenance done. The nerve! I never alluded to that. I'm ultimately getting the issue fixed by my trusted mechanic for a fraction of what they tried to hit me with. And when I'm in the market for another car, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

This review is regarding the service department of Bedford Nissan: I have been taking my cars here for the pst couple of years and I am always happy to see the work they do to make sure everything is running correctly, attached safely and ready for the road. All of the staff is very respectful and understanding to the fact that you have other thieves to do than just wait for you car. They are very prompt and thorough with everything they do and do their best to keep you updated. They will do they best to keep all service within your price range as well as update you about future repairs/services needed. The waiting area is very nice with a fish tank that love to follow you around as well as a water and coffee/snack bar. It feels more peaceful that having a bunch of loud noise and having a lot of sales people walking around you like most other places.

Two days ago, I was in Auto Zone, (-5) stars service. I was in there with my niece. There were a…read morelot of people in there. The lines was long. They had 3 to 5 register computer lines. So, I got in one and my niece got in another. They were so slow. Two of them look slow. Meaning they was walking slow and looking like they didn't know what they were doing. Now my niece finally gets service. And the boy tells me that, I'm in the wrong line that I have to get in another line. Behind a bunch of people. I said that not fair. He said they only had one register open. So I ask, why didn't u posts sign or announce it. He looked stupid and didn't know what to say. So I ask for the manager. I ask him the same thing. He told me they don't do post or announcement. He was rude and ghetto. I don't feel he had any customer service skills or manager skills either. It's sad that when in the hood u get hood service, Auto Zone on Lee Rd. I then left out displease with the service, his tone of voice and his attitude. Now I go across the street to O' REILLY AUTO STORE. I walk in 3 to 5 register computer lines. I ask the gentleman is there a line for just cash out. He said,that we will cash u out at any line and laugh. I ask why are u laughing? He ask did I just leave Auto Zone? I said, yes how u know? They always come here after standing in long lines with poor service. I said really and we both laugh.
