Awful...never again. Take out. Ordered a combo of a chicken enchilada, a shredded beef enchilada, rice, and refried beans. Received a flour totrilla filled with stringy meat and a green vegetable. There were chopped onions and tomatoes on the side. Also in a separate container was a soggy corn tortilla covered with a red sauce topped with meat. The refried beans were an off orange color with the consistency of wall paper paste, More chopped onions and tomatoes. No rice. The chips were very salty. We held our monthly neighborhood luncheon here this week. The staff was ready 20 minutes early and pouring the water. We had 16 ladies, the service was flawless and the food very good. Great job! read more

Casa Sanchez has been a fav of mine. Always fresh salads, festive atmosphere. Good service. The Enchilada and taco combo is my favorite. The cheese chips and fresh avocado dip also a fav. Afterwards, I always enjoy sharing the fried ice cream for dessert... so delicious. Just got back from what should have been a wonderful luch with relatives from out of state. The server was rude to the point of snottyness, ponytail flipping and all. Asked to speak with management. Told they were not there. No 0ne took responsibility for the rudeness . Being a local that often frequents this restaurant for they have the best Green Corn Tamales in the Tri-Cities area, I am sad to say it will be a long time before we go there again. Casa Sanchez has absolutely the best food around! My complaint is the arrogant staff. Last Thursday we arrived at 7:40, and were told they by the young girl at the desk they were closed. The Camarones a la Diabla are my favorite and the Carnitas are great. And who doesn't love their chips and salsa. They are doing a great job with Covid protection. The atmosphere was good. Low key restaurant with a relaxed feel. The margaritas are STRONG and the chips and salsa plentiful. We ordered several dishes as it was a family of four. Not sure why all the positive reviews. Our experience was disappointing. I ordered the tostada salad. Absolutely no flavor. None. Nada. Added a ton of salsa, then all I could taste was the salsa. We arrived and were seated quickly. First off, let me say that they were not that busy. The front section, where we were seated, had maybe 4 other couples. Chips and salsa were brought to the table and they were very tasty. We asked for some guacamole more chips and extra salsa, which were brought promptly and the guacamole was very tasty. When the waitress brought the extra chips, salsa and guacamole we told the waitress we were ready to order and she said she would be right back..... NOPE!!!! During this time I could see our waitress on and off at the front counter talking to her fellow worker, it appeared and sounded just like friends talking. After about 20 minutes of not seeing her, there were people that came in after we arrived who had already ordered and they were served their food. I then saw who I believe was the manager and said we were ready to order, he said he would tell our waitress. 10 minutes later still no sign of her. The manager walked by again and I said we still haven't seen her. She was once again at the front counter and he told her again that we were ready to order. 5 minutes later she finally came to our table. By now both the wife and I were pretty upset so I told her its been well over half an hour and asked how much we owed for the chips, salsa and guacamole, she rudely replied with, "Nothing!!!" in a very rude voice. As we were walking out she told the cashier, "I told them I was sorry", which she never did. I gave them 2 stars because I cant deny that their chips, salsa and guacamole was tasty. Bottom line, we cant say how good or bad the food was but the service REALLY sucked, which was bad for her because we are big tippers when we get good service. Unfortunately I have to write this review. I came in for lunch today and ordered my usual, a chili relleno a cheese enchilada and rice. The enchilada was underwhelming but the chili relleno was one of the better ones I have had in a while. The rice was ok. The chips and salsa weren't so great because the salsa was very watery and it's annoying when you can't get a scoop of salsa without it running all over the table. The staff was very friendly so that was a plus. My biggest complaint was that there was a ton of dust on the light fixtures including the one right above my table. If I were to shake it, dust would cover all of my food. It definitely needs a good cleaning. Ok food, but dingy atmosphere. read more

My dad and I went there Tuesday night hoping they had Taco Tuesday,They did not which is odd for a Mexican restaurant. He ordered a shrimp burrito with no bell peppers, So they doubled up on the onions instead, So it was mainly onions instead of shrimp.I ordered the shredded beef tacos, They were very Bland and Most of the meat at the bottom of the taco was burnt. The server didn't seem to Care about us, or even being there, I asked her for green sauce and was told they didn't have any...What kind of Mexican restaurant does not have green sauce.We have been coming here off and on for 17 years, This will be our last visit... I hope the owner or employees read this review. We love their huevos rancheros and decided to try a dine-in restaurant for the first time since restaurants reopened in Prescott. First impressions are more important than ever. Ok, all employees were wearing masks. However, we watched other tables at booths being wiped down twice, both times with the same wet rag. There was no attempt to use any type of sanitizer or disinfectant on the booths as customers left and new patrons were seated in the same booths. Since they are serving food to tables, gloves for the servers would be appropriate. We will be in search of another Mexican restaurant that adheres to the CDC guidelines for both customers and employees. read more
