Looking for a way to beat the heat and fill up your belly? This is your spot for Quick Lunch break to that cool ocean breeze Cantina you've been sweat dreaming about. Each entree is beautifully plated with the freshest ingredients. When you eat as much Mexican food as I do, it's the details and attention to seasoning where Casa San Marcos Prevails. Their Asada (spicy pork) is grilled perfectly and has the traditional bits of tender grilled pineapple and when they dance across your tastebuds, your tongue will thank you The Ceviche was perfect! cold firm fish & shrimp with just the right amount of lime and spice to compliment the sweet seafood. They are open 8am - 11:00pm and Breakfast is served all day #eatthelocals

I had the breakfast tacos. DAAAAAAMN......they were good. They tasted incredibly fresh. The salsa was great. Prices are reasonable and they open early. Haven't had other menu items....yet. These folks are going to get tired of seeing me........

I think the food is missing salt. I like when I don't have to put salt on it because there is already flavor on it. I like the rice from everything and the quesadilla didn't need salt so it was good. Salsa is not spicy at all. The service was very good and food came very fast. Place looks very clean and sits are very confortable.

I ordered 5 azada Tacos and 1/3 of the "meat" was nothing but fat and they had a sweet taste. I definitely do not recommend their tacos.

I live in the neighborhood and was craving fajitas. I was able to order and pay online, which is a huge bonus for me! I ran straight over to pick it up, and they were a little slow getting it out considering there were only three occupied tables. But a kind waitress gave me water without asking while I waited. The tacos ($3.50 ea) were great, especially loved the flavor on the shrimp. The $13 fajitas were more flavorful than any I've had at more Americanized Mexican restaurants, and will be enough for two meals!

There's a parking lot in this plaza, and we were seated immediately upon arrival. They offered complementary chips and dips (salsa and queso). We ordered additional guac. The chorizo queso is sooooo good! I ordered the birria taco plate and I'd say this is very authentic compared to food back home (California)! They were generous with the birria and the consome is chefs kiss!!! The staff did a wonderful job in assuring our needs were met and that we were satisfied. I hope this place is just renovating and hopefully will reopen in the foreseeable future. I would love to see this place continue to thrive!

Really good and would order again. Rice and beans were probably above average. My dining partner asked how the chile relleno was prepared. (He doesn't like the eggy batter.) We were literally told that it came premade and frozen and was "just fried." Obviously, he ordered the street tacos instead. We sat at the bar and it took a bit to get waited on but the manager jumped in and gave us water and silverware. I liked my Blackberry-Rosemary Marg but I honestly didn't feel like it had much tequila in it. The regular marg was just OK. Since it is a tequila bar and we sat at the bar, I would have liked to have discussed tequilas but my bad for not asking. Would have loved to have done a tasting. The menu was informative. I would go back when in south Tulsa. Not sure I would make it a destination. (Well, maybe. Those enchiladas were good! It is a cute place.

Advertised as "Authentically Modern Santa Fe Cuisine." Calling it New Mexican food might cause confusion. A diner could infer "New Mexican" as a reference to modern Mexican food or possibly Mexican fusion. Indeed, La Tertulia plates food that is very similar to what I have had in Santa Fe and Taos. The famous Hatch Chilis heavily influences the cuisine. The two hues of the capsicum laced fruits, also create the age-old argument over red vs. green sauce. For me, huevos rancheros, Christmas style (red and green sauce), hold the rice. My wife had the stacked enchiladas with chicken, Christmas style, also hold the rice. Both the green and red sauces were delicious. Filling, tasty plates of food. The green sauce was the spiciest. Check the pictures. The service was excellent. I love their spicy fiery salsa that is served with the chips. I sucked down the small sample in just a few minutes. It was promptly replaced with two more big bowls. Kenzie's name was on the receipt. If you are a fan of any version of spicy Mexican food, served on "don't touch," third degree burn blistering hot plates, you will love this place. A savvy connoisseur of New Mexico fare, would be pleased with the food as well.
