I can't recommend Casa Nova Custom Catering highly enough! Their food is incredible, planning together was a great experience, and their team at the event were extremely nice and professional. All of our guests loved their meals, and CNCC made sure everything ran smoothly so that it was easy to relax and have fun. Eduardo and his team knocked it out of the park!!! We hired Casa Nova to help us with a private dinner for 22 for a special night. We were from out of town on a couples retreat and did not know Santa Fe well. Eduardo met with us, patiently researched locations and then helped coordinate all the details for an amazing evening. The food was outstanding. Fun hand passed appetizers - corn chowder shooters, chille relleno bites and healthy puréed cauliflower bites. The main - included a ridiculously tasty mole sauce with pork and a banana leaf wrapped trout. The staff was professional, food was amazing, and night was memorable. I can't recommend Eduardo and Casa Nova highly enough! read more

Casa Nova Custom Catering - Caterers Near Me - Santa Fe, New Mexico

Eduardo, Joaquin, and their entire crew made our wedding and reception a memorable experience. Everything was handled smoothly (so much so that the crew was never in the way, yet everything was set up and served when it was expected). The food was delicious! They also made the planning easy, taking care of arrangements regarding the furniture rental, setup, tear down, and cleanup. I highly recommend them! read more

Casa Nova recently catered our private dinner for a party of 9 at our home. We were very pleased with our service and the quality of the food and the way it was prepared. From what we learned, they're very much a family centered company and we loved that about them. The food was great and we loved the table service! It was also really great that they accommodated our specific menu requests. read more

We used Casa Nova Catering (Eduardo and Joaquin) for our wedding - I could not have been happier. Our goal was elevated New Mexican food, and I talked to all the recommended caterers in ABQ/Santa Fe -- CNCC by far was the best. They exceeded our expectations in every way- from our initial conversations they listened to our preferences, were super responsive with questions or concerns that came up even to the last weeks, and the final product was phenomenal food and outstanding service- right down to the cleanup. Our location was about 1 hour from Santa Fe, and they visited the site unprompted to help us figure out rentals (they work with Occasion Services & Events). Overall Eduardo and Joaquin were so easy to work with- we were planning long distance and only made 1 visit prior to the wedding, so email communication was critical- of all our vendors, we never had to worry with CNCC. Every guest I've talked to mentions the food again and again- and wanted to know if they had a restaurant to visit! I wish I had a reason to use them again! read more

Eduardo and Joaquin and their mothers make incredible food. They catered our wedding and it was spectacular. Green chile mac n cheese, carne asada tacos, fresh guacamole, refried beans, and more were delicious. Our wedding guests were gushing about the food. Even more superb were the deserts, the red chile chocolate truffles were gone in about 5 minutes; as were the delicious homemade churros! The two bartenders he had working the event, Nicolas and Daniel, were awesome too! It was an amazing wedding. read more

We used Casa Nova for a recent "tailgating" meal at the Santa Fe Opera! When we called to confirm our meeting location, Eduardo directed us to "the most beautiful table in the parking lot" and indeed we were! Opera goers kept dropping by our table compliments our spread and inquiring about our caterer. The food was beautifully displayed, tasted amazing, perfect temperature and far exceeded our expectations as did his attention to detail and service. Everything about this company is first class and you will not be disappointed with your event!! Thanks again for an amazing evening Casa Nova Catering!!! read more

We just used Casa Nova for our wedding on September 17th. We could not have been happier! Eduardo and Joaquin are amazing, friendly, caring and passionate about their business...their staff was 5 stars as well. As for the food, we had people tell us (and we agree) that they have never had food that good at a wedding! Casa Nova is creative, yet they will customize every item to your liking. When we went for our "tasting," we were blown away...and the dinner at our wedding was perfection...absolute perfection. We consider ourselves "foodies," and their food was beyond our expectations. We ABSOLUTELY will use them again and we HIGHLY recommend them! read more

Amazing catered coffee rubbed steak, amazing service! We loved Eduardo and his team! Highly recommend.

Though I hosted a small group for my niece's bridal shower Eduardo and Joaquin were wonderful from start to finish. Both Eduardo and Joaquin showed up to set up and both couldn't have been more helpful and personable. Joaquin stayed to present food to the guests. I was so pleasantly surprised to see him washing all of my dishes and cleaning the kitchen before leaving. They were a dream to work with. read more

I had a private party at my home and this was such a wonderful treat to have Eduardo cater my party. He is easy to work with. Over exceeded my expectations with not only the amazing food, and presentation but also the service. He set up, and then I just had to leave everything out by my door in a container he provided for pickup. Will be my go to in the future for any catering I might need! read more

Eduardo and his team are impeccable in the food presentation, service and food preparation! At the last minute I decided to have a BIG birthday celebration at my rural home south of Santa Fe...in less than three weeks, Eduardo did EVERYTHING , and provided the perfect tent for a chilly , windy evening...!...everyone commented about how lovely his team was...and the food was exceptional...and the service so unobtrusive !! Best of all...the African drummers captivated the gathering, and I had a wonderful dance with Eduardo!!! Enjoy! read more

We recently retained Casa Nova Custom Catering to provide main dishes for the Artist Welcome Party held in conjunction with the Santa Fe International Folk Art Market. Every step of the way was flawless! Eduardo provided me with excellent choices for our international guests, and he was very accommodating about bringing the food to our venue ready to serve. He and his staff were right on time, and so friendly to our volunteers. The food was absolutely delicious, and many people asked for the recipes! I will absolutely consider Casa Nova Catering for our next event. read more

Simply my favorite caterer in town. She will work with you on the menu of your dreams and puts on amazing parties. Marja has amazing culinary talents, a fantastic eye for detail, and gracious. And Marja uses locally grown food whenever possible, her style is colorful, fun, stylish and sophisticated. Marja's entourage is skilled, talented, capable and kind; they want nothing more than for you to have the time of your life. But don't take my word, check her out! read more

Eduardo and his husband, Joaquin were the perfect choice for our rustic (read: in the middle of nowhere) wedding in Truchas. We wanted our wedding to be a grander version of the house parties that we typically throw and CNCC made that vision possible. They were both so attentive, easy to work with and loved food as much as my husband and I do. When another caterer told me that family style service was more expensive because of the additional dishes, CNCC didn't blink. I knew right away from the warmth in Eduardo's tone that I was making the right decision and could give him my stress about making sure that the food for our big day was perfect. I'm hoping to not have to do it ever again, but if I did, I'd absolutely make sure that CNCC was there for it. Thank you Casa Nova!! read more

After being in Santa Fe for almost a year, it was time to have my first party inviting my new friends to my home. I got Eduardo's card after attending a party that he catered last summer, and it was fantastic! Eduardo made the whole occasion seamless, from planning and organizing to taking responsibility for the flow during the party. His food was original, delicious, and artfully presented, his ideas were wonderful, and he and Joaquin quietly took charge of the details. I felt so supported and at ease knowing that they were paying attention to every detail so I could enjoy the party. And, when they left, my house looked like no one was ever there! I can't imagine having another party without Eduardo and Joaquin! if you hire them, invite me! read more

My father hired Casa Nova Custom Catering for breakfast and lunch the day of my wedding, as well as breakfast the next day. Eduardo was a dream, bringing us coffee, delicious homemade food and yogurt, and cleaning up for us too. All of the food was delicious and locally sourced--I was especially enamored with their chicken apple sausage, lavendar yogurt, and Mediterranean wraps. Oh and the chocolate chip cookies! To die for! Every person in our party was able to find something to eat, and even the kiddos loved everything! Eduardo was so kind. Thank you so much for feeding us and taking care of us. It made my wedding weekend extra special. read more

For some strange reason my previous review got deleted so I am re-posting! My fiancé Stephen and I always knew we wanted to get married in New Mexico. Though we both have lived in California for most of our lives, he was raised in New Mexico. We wanted to give our wedding guests a chance to get away for a weekend and explore the beautiful NM scenery. Stephen's number one priority was to have delicious New Mexican/Mexican food. We both enjoy eating... our shared meals with family, friends, and one another have been a definitive part of our relationship and love for one another. It was only fitting that our wedding would be a chance to share a delicious meal with our close community. After some internet research, I came upon Marja Catering in Santa Fe. We visited her kitchen and instantly knew that she was our woman! She offered us tastings of carnitas and fresh tortillas as we all talked about our favorite places to eat in San Francisco where we had all lived for a few years. We were sold. Marja's food did not disappoint. We had a simple buffet of carnitas, beans, tortillas, fresh salsas, and some roasted shisito peppers that Marja happened to find at the farmers' market that morning. The food was local, fresh, tasty, and almost all our guests - as well as my fiancé and I - went back for seconds. Everyone feasted. Instead of a cake, we opted to serve sundaes and popsicles. These were both a hit. The sundaes were decadent and the popsicles were a nice way for our guests to cool down since the weather was warmer than we expected. For our wedding favors, Marja prepared tasty New Mexican biscochitos and I printed and laminated the recipe for the cookies so our guests could make them at home. Marja's staff was friendly and so helpful. And Marja was just a joy to work with - responsive to emails and calls, open to new ideas, and receptive to our budgetary (and culinary!) needs. We only wish Marja had a restaurant so we could enjoy her food again! The food was indeed one of the highlights of our wedding day. read more

When my partner and I decided to get married (after 15 years!) we decided that we would have the wedding at our home and keep the number of guests invited at 18 -- our closest friends. We wanted the wedding to be simple, fun, and to culminate in a delicious and memorable luncheon for everyone. We also decided that we wanted it to leave us as free as possible to enjoy our special day and the company of our dear friends, with no worries... Together we interviewed 3 different caterers and ultimately, decided unanimously to go with Casa Nova Custom Catering. As I write this, 3 days have passed since the wedding and we are SO glad we chose Casa Nova! In fact, we were never once in doubt of our choice as the whole process flowed so smoothly: from our first consultation with Eduardo, to the second one with Eduardo and Joachin together to work out the details and make definitive choices, and to the event itself with both Eduardo and Joachin present, along with head chef Jason. They were efficient in setting up at the beginning and taking down and cleaning up at the end. Everything from the table settings to the food itself looked fabulous and elegant! The food was scrumptious, plentiful, and offered options for guests with dietary restrictions. All of our friends were delighted! I will end this testimonial by saying that the presence of Eduardo, Joachin and Jason as part of the celebration contributed too to the enjoyment I had of my own wedding. All three of them were very professional and delightful to have there as part of our celebration. If you're wondering who to hire to cater your event, please strongly consider Casa Nova Custom Catering. My husband and I are very glad that we did! read more
