Been going there for years, you can't change perfection!! Great, generous portions! Fresh to order! Great fast service. The girls are all pleasant and friendly. Very reasonable prices!! It's a Latin restaurant, so it's a little loud. But that's ok, being a gringa I love it!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Casual, homestyle foods. Sweet, sweet horchatas. (I kind of prefer El Potro's horchatas though, located near Starbucks).Good thing they have take out containers because the generous servings should easily make a second meal. If you've never had pupusas, they're sort of like dense cornmeal griddle cakes, even though some people describe them like a flatbread... Parking is pretty straight forward - parallel parking on either side of Everett Ave.

Great service and a nice lunch today at this Mexican place in Chelsea. Not very busy past 1pm but there were a few tables occupied and the wait staff was hustling. The usual basket of chips with a small pot of salsa. The chips were warm and nicely salted and the salsa was tasty but a bit too wet. Easily drippable. I chose the pollo asada for lunch and it is prepared fresh. I could hear the chicken breast being pounded and it took close to ten minutes to be brought out. Piping hot and served with a good portion of rice and a tasty black beans. I ate it all. A nice, filling meal that wasn't *too* many carbs. Definitely will return to Casa Mariachi.

This place has the best breakfast food I have ever had. Such rich flavor and it was amazing comfort food. I will be coming back every time I go to Boston.

I've been here before several times but I finally managed to remember to take a picture. Not only is their service phenomenal but their food is amazing. I have nothing bad to say.

    - first off not a bad restaurant to go for a date or even family night , the employees are really friendly and nice... patient and understanding the restaurant is clean it's not dirty ... only down fall is the wait time to get your food ... it's way to long before you finally start to eat ... they should give apertizers out first.

Food and drinks were delicious, waitresses are friendly, very attentive and quick at serving, they have live music as well, I will be coming back.

We wandered into this place early on a Sunday morning to discover very friendly service and the best Red Chilaquiles in Boston.

The interior of this is place is absolutely amazing! You will feel like you are in Mexico. Very colorful with lots of hand made Mexican tiles adorning the walls. I didn't have time to explore the menu (I also didn't have my glasses) but once I got back to my car I checked it out! The variety is off the charts and the prices seem very reasonable. Pleasantly surprised that they also carried my favorite non-alcohol drink: A Robert Parrish! Otherwise known as Heineken 00 for you Celtic fans! I'll def have to go back soon but not without some of my Mexican connoisseurs! Hope to see you soon! Tell the friendly fellow behind the bar that El Marco (Big Papa Gillis) sent you!

I am an avid goer to this place and I know the staffing has not always been easy. They really did their best with what they had and the resources. This place was Packed! and well deserved. Most places on this day do first come first serve and I do think they handled that very well. It is not their fault people are impatient on one of the busiest days of the year for them. Keep being amazing, keep pushing through. I appreciate the staff and the atmosphere here. Great on non busy days too!

The steak was cooked perfectly and it came with everything I was craving. Plus the refried beans, creama, eggs, plantains, chicharron, and warm tortilla--yum! The pupusa was different, as it's made with a different cheese here which the waitress did warn us. Because of this, it wasn't our favorite but still good. Overall this spot is popular in East Boston, I would definitely check it out! Also if you tell them it's your birthday they will sing to you and you get to wear the special hat :)

You might have to walk like 2 blocks or less for a safe parking spot . Just always read the signs before parking .

I really need to remember to look online before choosing my order in the future (or so I thought). While the tacos still look incredible (especially the birria ones), the torta was surprisingly great as well. The sandwich is jam packed with ingredients and really well balanced. The beef was juicy and tender, and the veggies added a really nice balance of spice (jalapenos), freshness (onions, lettuce, and tomatoes), and richness (cheese and avocadoes). The refried beans were a pleasant surprise as well, adding really good moisture and flavor to the overall bite. And including avocado on the torta for no extra cost really is what put this above and beyond to a 5/5 - the avocado was ripe and had just the right amount of it to add that rich and fatty element without being too slippery and making it hard to eat. The fries, on the other hand, were a bit soggy and thick for my liking. I had seen another photo on Yelp where they looked a lot crispier and were shaped differently, so not sure if I just got unlucky, but the sandwich more than made up for the fries in this case. I really can't say enough positive things about the torta. And even though the torta was fantastic and I gave it a 5/5, I definitely want to come back for those tacos. Three tacos plus rice for $18 is a pretty great deal, and the tacos really look incredible. My partner ordered a tongue, al pastor, and fish taco and while I didn't try them, they looked and smelled incredible. We will definitely be back!
